As one who has never posts reviews this will be my first simply because of the phenomenal service I received from Mac in a Snap and its owner Wyman Marshall. In short, I returned from a trip only to learn there had been a thunder/lightning storm which apparently knocked out my rather old 21.5" iMac all in one computer. Upon discovering the computer would not even power up I contacted Apple to either repair the computer or transfer the hard drive files to an external hard drive in the event the computer could not be repaired. Interestingly Apple informed me they could not recover files from a hard drive. However they did email me info on how to transfer files from one Mac to another which would have been fine provided both computers were operational. Recognizing Apple would not be any assistance in resolving the problem I immediately did an online search for Apple repair services. This is where I found Mac in a Snap. After reading several positive online reviews about the business I contacted Wyman and explained my problem. Wyman was very courteous and informed me that he would be happy to take a look at the iMac. The very next morning I traveled the 100 miles to his office to drop off the non functioning computer. Upon arrival Wyman explained that in the event the computer could not be repaired he was confident the files could be transferred to an external portable disk drive. He provided an estimate along with timeline for completion of the work which was completed on time just as he stated it would be. Wyman also went above and beyond and provided me with several recommendations for what Apple computer to consider as replacement for the old computer. In a nutshell if you are ever in need of any service or repair as it relates to Apple products, by all means contact Mac in a Snap first. Their customer service is outstanding!! You are simply not going to find anyone who is as courteous, knowledgeable, and professional as Wyman.
Wyman saved my Mac OS system recovery over the phone the other day. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and got it back up and running again for me. Highly recommend him!

Mac in a Snap does a great job on there repairs. They keep you informed of what is happening and thoroughly go over the repairs with you. I would recommend them to anyone who owns an Apple. PS There prices are very fair also. Frank
Went to Wyman for help with an MDM workaround. My laptop was forcing me to enroll in my previous employer’s device management after a Sonoma update. Company let me keep the laptop, but was backlogged removing serial numbers from the database since layoffs were coming unexpectedly and by the hundreds every other month. Wyman was very polite, but seemed reluctant/unwilling to help me find a solution. He was happy to take $175 to fiddle around and tell me there was nothing he could do. I immediately reached out to a colleague in IT at my former employer. My ticket was in the backlog, but he said there was absolutely a way around it. Took 15 minutes and I got my computer back. Confirmed it was working at the Apple Store (I had gone there to buy a new device thinking mine was a goner), and they said everything was up to snuff. As a Mac expert, I would have preferred he be upfront and say that he didn’t want or wasn’t comfortable with helping me instead of pretending there was no solution to my problem. I ultimately paid $175 to have my devices cleaned and get some specs on a new MacBook Air.

What an incredible experience! When I booked this place I was really nervous because it seemed too good to be true and I was so relieved to arrive and see that it was actually even better than the photos made it seem. My 40 friends and I took over th
