m2o Burgers & Salads - Hamburger restaurant in Wynnewood - 50 E Wynnewood Rd Suite 18, USA

I used to order here often. Want to help a local small business. That said after 10-20 prior orders, I will not come back here. It is absolutely disgusting inside. There is (seemingly) no vent system and it reeks of grease inside. It is not a one off, has happened a few times in a row. I don't think they clean the grill, the food tastes burnt. My grilled chicken was horrible thankfully they put a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on it so I wouldn't have to taste the grease laden, dirty grill, grilled chicken. Frankly I question if it is even safe for the employees there to breathe this in for their shift, is it? (Maybe so, I have no idea). The employees are nice so there's that. If they remedy this I would return. It used to be good. Now I sit at home, my clothes smell of grease for waiting inside for 10 minutes (because my food was not ready on time). I will instead order from the national chain nearby as this does not happen when I order from them, never has. It is also pleasant to eat inside there, here it would be horrible to dine in at. To the owner- do better, make sure your employees are trained in cleaning. Make sure there is ventilation. It seems they are not cleaning the grill enough. The excuse cannot be that the employee was not trained, that is your job to make sure the staff makes the food safely, cleans well, and conditions are safe for the employees.

Second time I had this place now, really starting to like their food here, especially their burgers. This is a triple bacon cheeseburger topped off with a pretzel bun to make it Philly style

Delicious burgers and outstanding service. The young man who brought out our food was very friendly, was cleaning very thoroughly, and even came out to the parking lot to find my wife to return the retainer she had dropped when we left.

Burger was very very good. Service was amazing but the music was super super loud and very annoying all throughout the store I couldn't even hear my conversation with my friend and I got a phone call and the caller asked if I was at a bar at 2pm lol overall it is very nice will return again and see what happens

I don't eat burgers often. So I go to m2o. I don't know what happend with this order. Burger was over cooked, dry. Bacon was tuff. Mushrooms same. Warm would have been nice. MUST BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. So sad, burgers were the best.

Save your money and go to (five guys.) The burgers here dry they don’t use fresh potatoes for french fries. Milkshake suck. Very poorly manage and whoever owns this location needs to retrain the staff. Not sure if it’s a franchise or a corporation but five guys never missed the mark on the milkshakes or food and they freshly diced their fries every day with fresh potatoes. I will never come back here again until my colleagues to stay clear of this place. This used to be Starbucks. It may be the same unprofessional staff and poorly run management team.

Food was good. We got burgers and salads and everything was delicious. Service was quick and easy. Screen ordering or in person. Atmosphere was cute but they had the music a bit too loud later in our meal.

Chicken tenders look nothing like the photos. They were soggy and over cooked. Didn’t give me the honey mustard I ordered either
