M Star Hotel North Canton - Hall of Fame - Extended stay hotel in North Canton - 500 N Main St, USA

where do i begin. got there around 2 told the front desk about my reservation, gave the lady at the desk my name and number and showed proof of purchase online. lady told me my name wasn’t in the system and there was nothing she could do. i demanded that she get us a room bc i paid for a whole week. after about an hour and a half she finally came back and said she cleaned out a room for us. upon entering the room we did a quick inspection. during the inspection we found a bowl of bacon in the microwave, a moldy pepper behind the dresser in one of the bedrooms, a dirty thong in the corner, and the floors were absolutely disgusting. if you ever want to stay here i highly suggest looking somewhere else. you definitely get what you pay for. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Word to the wise….. do not go stay at the Mstar hotel in north canton. There are drugs, needles, drug adict as well as rude disrespectful kids and adults. Find a better hotel plz do not stay there u will not like ur visit. Plus…. How ghetto can you be only paying $53 a night just to have drugs all around you? DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Positive: Leaving Negative: There was blood on the ceiling and were asked to leave by a man with a gun when our two year old was crying around 7:30pm at night on Sunday night. I want a refund... Negative: ""

This is the worst hotel I have ever stay in and dest service was bad, the best thing that I can say about the girl that clean the was very nice and helpful. I don't recommend that anyone stay there it is a slums and Priceline is no good either. I had to go get another room somewhere else because that was really bad

Don't recommend anyone to go there. It smelled so bad and it was very out dated and was not worth the money

There were no stoppers in 2 of the 3 sinks. There was no stopper in the tub. The over flow on the tub was not convered. There was no hot water. One of the lamps didn't have a way to turn it on or off. The towel racks look like they were hung on. The coat rack had to be replaced but they didn't repair the wall behind it. End tables were stained and had broken handles. Desk chair felt like you could fall backward in it if you sat back in it. The curtains were not hung on the rods. The tv & microwave & fridge were good. Bed was comfortable.

0 out of 10 for the hotel. Hands down the WORST hotel I've ever been to. I understand the price was low, but how is this place even open? How can it possibly pass inspection? The website is completely misleading. What we walked into was NOT what was online. There was no way my family and I were staying here. We drove all the way from Nashville, coming here for the Hall of Fame. We ended up leaving, having to get ANOTHER hotel room. The ONLY good thing I can say is the gentleman at the front desk was very personable and friendly. So, because of him, and only him, this hotel nastiness gets a 3 out of 10.
