Overall the hotel was in a good location for getting to downtown Buffalo. The breakfast was not great but edible. The rooms we comfy and clean. The security was thorough at keeping peace but it was very loud in the early hours when folks came back from bars or events. I had to call to have people quiet at 3am. Then the second night there was done sort of altercation in the parking lot that went on for hours. I’d say 3-5am. The pool was beautiful. Hotel bar and food were great! The bar service was great as well.
Due to the noise idk if I’d stay again I enjoy sleeping when at a hotel. I doubt I’d stay again though.
I initially considered giving this hotel a 4-star rating, but upon reflection, I believe 5 stars would be fair one. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated, and the service was excellent—I didn’t encounter any major issues. However, the photos on the website are somewhat misleading, as they mostly depict the hotel before the renovation. In my opinion, the hotel is underrated and deserves more recognition.
We booked this hotel because our airbnb cancelled on us. The rooms were decently clean, aside from the dirty curtains. The bathroom needs updated but it was fine. We swam in the huge pool and that was fun! hotel is in a great location near good food & a shopping mall.
Start with good. Location is very convenient. Beside the shopping mall and with few restaurants across the street. There’s Sunoco for gasoline car or Tesla superchargers for Tesla . Pool is good although the water is a bit chilled at beginning. Pool hour from 9am to 10pm with towel provided . There is also free breakfast in our package. Breakfast is not bad, had egg and sausage as hot option too.
Bad part. Even other reviews said they are renovated but I doubt it. And even worse is our courtyard room has no balcony at all (both room 244 and 236 have no balcony). They have EV charger on site but it is more expensive than other Level 2 charger in general .
I may go back again mainly for the pool for the kids.
Don't go here if you care at all about cleanliness.
Shower curtain was dirty and had a chunk on it. Shower tray had (hopefully) soap scum on it. Regular curtain was dirty. The carpeted floor was sticky. The chair had stains from what looks like doing the business on it. Generally the hotel is run down, damaged walls, doors, and floors. The floors have random lumps and bumps in them. Handicap accessible room did not have a walk in shower.
Multiple instances of smoke smell in the halls (both weed and cigarette) The pool was extremely cloudy from either improper chemical balance or just being unclean. The drop ceiling (which is everywhere including the washrooms) has random bulges that look like either significant water damage or like they are going to fall out.
Just spend a little more and save yourself the trouble, it's not worth staying here.
Bedding was stained. The cleaning staff took our pillow case we brought from home. Maybe they thought it was from the hotel. Room 106 is where we stayed, carpet was stained and the room had a musky smell. Couldn't open a window as one side of the room was the hallway and the other side was the indoor pool area. AC was weak on the highest setting. Didn't cool the room very much. Breakfast was good at the hotel. Pool was good. Wasn't heated but was still refreshing. Price was good considering the state of the hotel and the location to shopping was awesome!
We enjoyed a nice two-night stay as part of a family reunion scheduled to coincide with the eclipse. The location of the hotel is great and easy to get to and the nearby mall has many places to eat. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the spacious public areas of the hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast. Service from the front desk was hit or miss—some staff were super helpful and others seemed bewildered by simple questions. For the price, it’s a good option.
The hotel serves its purpose. Our beds and bathroom was clean. The floors definitely needed to be vacuumed better, there was still crumbs and such floor.
The pool area was great and my toddler has a blast in the pool. There is areas where some extra cleaning/maintenance could have been done. Paint chipping in a lot of the areas.
The front desk staff was super friendly.
I probably wouldn’t stay again but for just the one night it was fine.
Such a clean room, very comfortable bed and blankets. I stayed in the Chelsea and the bed was huge. The bathroom was also so gorgeous--shampoo, conditioner, body wash all included. The owner reached out after my first day and asked what cleaning serv
Hotel check-in was easy, and the receptionist was nice. Starbucks is attached to the hotel. The room was clean and neat. The gym is gorgeous. Nice indoor pool and laundry room on the first floor. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, too. Ther
Pure Barre Buffalo classes are great, low impact workouts that increase your balance, strength and posture. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful too!
I have recently just started going to Teaira the beginning of the month. I started at her Glutecamp class and then proceeded with her personal training. The first day I trained with her she was very welcoming. I love the vibe she has. When you feel l
