I bought PC Stitch from this company quite a while back, and I absolutely love it! They also own the "Everything Cross Stitch" website, and it is the first place I go to when I need to order specialty threads. They are honest, they are professional, they are organized, prompt, and very accurate in their fulfillment of orders. Everything always comes to me quickly and in good condition, and they are excellent at making sure I have tracking numbers as soon as my order ships, usually the day after I placed my order. And I NEVER have to fight them to get a tracking number-- that ALWAYS provide it voluntarily. I regard them as an absolutely wonderful company, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything to do with Cross stitch or embroidery!
