I had Lytespeed Computers build me a desk top computer in August of 2017. It was a great price, a better case and was still comparable to what the big blue box had to offer. I had a problem with Firefox a few weeks ago where Firefox had been blocked from accessing my graphics hardware. I tried some things to no avail. Then I remembered I had been given Dave the owner's email so, I wrote Dave a quick email to see if he had any knowledge of the problem. And if I could bring the PC in to get it fixed. Instead he wrote me back with some things to try and it worked. Try and get that kind of service from the big blue box! Dave...THANKS!!!!

I brought my computer to Lytespeed one week ago for repairs. I was very impressed with the efficiency. The owner reassured me my issue could be fixed and it was. The rates are reasonable. I bought my computer at Lytespeed 4 years ago and will purchase my next one from them. Thank you for such great service.

My OS corrupted and I was unable to use many features of my desktop at work. I worked primarily with David, who was wonderful. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We had some snafus, not their fault, but the true test of a business is how they treat you when there's a problem. I'd definitely recommend and use Lytespeed again. Nice, open and bright location also. Thanks again - though I hope not to need repair services again anytime soon. ;)

It was a pleasure having Dave, the owner, come to our home to set up our computer equipment. He was very professional and courteous, and when he finished, everything was working perfectly and the cost was very reasonable.. We will definitely be using Lyte Speed the next time we need computer support. We highly recommend Lyte Speed to our friends and family.

My job takes me out of town quite frequently. So I did not have time to repair my son's computer. I previously took one of my son's other computer to another repair shop in town and they held on to his computer for close to a month without giving me a status and said it was not their fault if the manufacturer did not get back to them on part availability. I just warned my friends to stay away from them. however, Lytespeed not only charged a reasonable diagnostic fee, but a good price for repair and parts and repaired it when they said they would. I am very happy and so is my son. I will go back and tell my friends. Furthermore the other place charged for the diagnostic even though there were no repairs and they held the machine for almost a month. I did not argue and I did not review their site because it would not have been very nice. I sure when they look at the stellar review from this site. they will see my name and miss the dollars they could have made by doing it correctly. I win! Furthermore I just may buy a PC from Lytespeed this week! So take that other PC repair shop. I want to say their name so bad, but I will be nice. :> Nevertheless, I honestly cannot evaluate the technical competence of "the other PC shop" because I took my machine back before they could repair it. I figured that if they did not have the courtesy to give me a status call after 1 month, do i want these guys servicing my machine? Heck no. Again, take your machine to Lytespeed for repairs. So "other" computer repair shops beware, you never know who will be evaluating you . BTW I purchased a new la top from them today. Ok , I;m done :>

Lytespeed computers is the real deal! They are very professional and knowledgable. They recovered all the data from my failed hard drive. David was extremely courteous and kept me informed during the process. He even called me after hours to give me an update! Their price was very fair and reasonable. Lytespeed came highly recommended to me so I bought a computer there last summer. They helped a great deal getting me started as I am not too techy and a new system was difficult for me. Today my security would not update and was having problems with Libre Office. I was lucky to catch owner Dave when I took it in and he was free to help.
