Lynx Lake Cafe - American restaurant in Prescott - 4505 East Forest Service Road, USA

We got The Club and had it split. They charged us $6. The waiter said even if we got it on one plate and split it like that they would still charge us additional $6. I guess they would have somebody spy on you, probably the waiter. They just want you to buy a meal for every person there. Don't try to eat off anybody's plate. Noooo🤯 By the way, a true Club has turkey ham and bacon. Not turkey, bacon and more turkey, that's a turkey and bacon sandwich.

Food was absolutely top tier. Service was great, and the views of the lake and hummingbirds really adds to the ambiance. Don't forget to ask about what type of sausage servers like, they might give you an option that's not on the menu and it's fantastic. German pancakes are great, and corned beef hash is as it should be.

Pricey but a solid breakfast and an amazing view. It was a nice spot to enjoy the area and grab some nourishment. $4 ice tea and I asked for a to go cup and it would have been a dollar for that...made me wonder if the government owns the cafe? 🤔

TOURIST BEWARE! Don't go here!!! We arrived at 7 pm on Saturday and we were the only people there. Our first bad sign. The staff wouldn't let us sit near the window, no one there... Drink order messed up multiple times, took over an hour, food honestly sucked, steak wasn't cooked, server never checked on us. No sauce, $6 fee to split a plate. NEVER AGAIN

We went early for Friday all you can eat Fish Fry. The fish (Pollock) was done quite well. Fries were OK. As with most "all you can eat" places, they came to ask whether anyone wanted more about 10 minutes after we were done. Then took so long getting the next batch out that we'd all forgotten it was coming. The fish was good, but the pieces small or we wouldn't have reordered at all. We'd go back as we want to try the German Foods. Plus, the view of Lynx Lake is very nice.

Beautiful place.. great for breakfast and brunch. Great views of Lynx Lake. Great menu. Service and Food was wonderful. We had The 3rd Precinct, The Reuben sandwich, Chicken & Waffles.. the apple cinnamon butter was the bomb.😀 Perfect, Go for a nice little walk afterwards. Beautiful!

I stopped here for lunch on a pleasant Saturday in May. There was a steady flow of customers, but the service was prompt. The food was great and the view of the lake from the large windows in the dining room was spectacular. There are humming bird feeders at each of the windows that attracted quite a few of the little birds. I had the Schnitzel, which is pounded and breaded pork served with potato salad. Very tender! I visited here primarily to check out their boat rentals. They rent several craft including small kayaks.

We live in this area and have come here over the years. This place is open only on weekends (fri, sat, sun). Great little place overlooking Lynx Lake. Many trails nearby and around the lake you can walk. Dog friendly. Recently the menu has gotten worse (less choices and higher pricing) but still worth a stop if you can get a table by the windows to watch the hummingbirds!
