It's a nice place for free parking. They have Porta John's that are always clean and basins to wash your hands with paper towels. The water is murky and has been since the hurricane. There's lots of nails, glass, heavy random wires and all kinds of glass on the beach. We have picked up handfuls of trash the two times we been this week. But, that's a part of it. Just be careful where you step. Please pick up after yourself and it'll stay a beautiful place 😊
We Always enjoy exploriing fort myers beach. They had a farmers market with may craftsmen. And when we cold we got up early for low tide shelling.
Great Ft. Myers Beach venue. Shaping up nicely after IAN. Flat beach with shallow water. And plenty of parking and food outlets. Better arrive early.
Nice clean beach. The portable bathrooms are full sized mobile bathrooms. They were clean also. Nice relaxing time on the beach. Lots of shells during the low tide.
Four stars only because they are still rebuilding but there are amazingly enough shops still left and restaurants reopening that it's still a great place to visit. The sand is the best anywhere. I swear in Florida. There are a lot of people still there and the people watching is still amazing on the beach. Don't be afraid of what's left from the hurricane. Just go.
Great place to walk on the beach. Shop and food places starting to reopen.
Great place to watch the sunset. If you are lucky enough to see the pirate ship in front of the sun as it goes down, it makes for great photos.
The beach still needs a lot of work since hurricane Ian. They have port-a-johns and not many restaurants open yet. The fishing pier is closed due to damage.

I never should have moved any of my clothes down from Wisconsin. I live in their clothes! They are age appropriate, and very stylish. I am also short and curvy and everything fits so well.
Captain Neil brought my friend and I out for quite an adventure. I honestly donât have much experience fishing and Neil taught me a bunch. He kept me focused and on point so I can catch most of the fish that bit my line. Neil is not only an expert
This is a very nice long beach, and it's a hidden gem for those seeking solitude. On top, they have some nice trails to hike. The price for parking is more than fair. The stretch of shoreline is extensive, providing ample opportunities to find a quie
