Lyles Motel - Motel in Wenatchee - 924 N Wenatchee Ave, USA

The beds are a bit old and creaky but I woke up without any back pain, which is more than I can say for fancier hotels. The couple who work the motel are very nice. Just note, apparently the deposit is cash only. I happened to have the amount needed on hand, but if I didn't I wouldn't have been able to stay. Despite that, can't beat the price. This is THE cheapest motel I've stayed at.

Small family owned motel. Very clean and quiet. Beds were a bit older but still comfortable. Can't beat the price!! No odors, no bugs, great for someone on a budget.

What a friendly manager! It's so convenient to stay in, and have a good night! And, very good price!! Laundry and Drying machine fee is reasonable too and can get hot shower. Big mart and shopping mall is near by here.(5 minutes on foot)

I had to stay a week here. The only thing decent was the bed, TV and very nice male housekeeper! When you check in you are told that you can have NO guests, only 3 pieces of luggage. The room was depressing feeling. It had a lime green ceiling, purplish pink wall, orange doors with brown trim. The ceiling above the bed had a metal thing with a loop I swore it was for me to hang a noose from. The paint was peeling off the walls and doors. The bathroom was so small you had to walk in squeeze sideways between the sink and stand up shower to be able to shut the door. The hot water in the bathroom sink was turned off because it constantly ran. At the time of check out they inspected the room before giving back the $50 deposit. The female owner and her daughter tried to blame us for a hole that was about 6 inches around that was behind the front door, you could tell it had been there for years. I felt they were really trying to keep my deposit.

The rudest staff I have ever experienced in my life! The male hotel manager actually walked into the room when my 16 year old daughter was in there alone. My son stopped by the room to visit with us and was actually yelled at because they said only 3 people were allowed to be in the room at a time! Will never return. Unclean rooms and horrifying service

The reason why I gave it two stars is because the mother was super nice and showed us a tour but other than that it is bad the beds are old the bathroom is so small and I told the daughter to please bring me a towels and she said that yeah later and said the towels were use to clean the room not only that they still didn't bring me a towel. the daughter is super but other than that this motel is like any other motel

The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are super cheap and take cash and not only credit cards like most. Other then that, the rooms look like something you would see inside a ghetto in mexico with randomly colored bright walls, smelly towels, and uncomfortable bedding. It's a family business. The parents seem nice, but the daughter is the one who speaks English, and she defines bad customer service. She is rude, pushy, and doesn't seem to like people very much!

We arrived in Wenatchee with no reservation. After checking a couple places and being told their nightly rates we were going to carry on with our trip until we came across Motel Lyle's or Lyles Motel-whichever it is it's a GREAT place to stay. |The rooms were clean and the people running the place are awesome. |They escorted us to our rooms, made sure we understood how to work the a/c, tv, etc then when we checked out the inspected the room before giving back a $10 damage deposit. |We had 2 rooms between the 3 of us and really wish we could score more than 5/5|
