LYFE INN & SUITES by AGA - Valley - Hotel in Sun Valley - 9417 San Fernando Rd, USA

This was our only option because every other place had no vacancy or didn't want kids. The bed sheets had cigarette holes burns. The pillows were horrible. Good thing we had our own blankets. But definitely didn't sleep well.

I wouldn't recommend staying here due to size & cleaniness of the room, the hotel looks updated & so does the room but closer inspection. We were right by the office (literally the office was our next door neighbor, Rm 101). Once you open the door; bed is right there, cigarette burns on the comforter, Tv LED lights were dying or going bad, table by Tv had nailpolish or marker on it , no smoke detector/electrical opening on ceiling, bunch of scrapes/peeling paint on the walls, towel rack was loose w/ only 1 towel (for 2 ppl), shower was dirty, shower amenities were not replenished (conditioner was opened/used). We had no trouble w/ the office but the guy has an accent who is a bit hard to understand. Location is near a railroad though we did not have train noise bother us.

Good place to rest but the security on the weekends must be on medication because the atmosphere is very intense which lead me to believe he's conducting illegal businesses on the other hand weekdays run smooth...the AC is excellent, beds, and bathroom is clean and they come equipped with refrigerator and microwave for a quick snack or frozen dinner... kid friendly.

The place at first looks great and nice. But once you get inside the room, the sheets are dirty and not clean at all. There is lots of stains both on sheets and pillow cases. Although the lady was very nice. Hopefully they put more attention in the cleaning of the rooms.

I was surprised to see how much it's changed. The room we stayed at was completely remodeled. No tagging, no signs of anything left ignored. Only the TV had an issue with the volume. TV looks new but its has a volume of it's own. So if you stay in that room, make sure you press the mute button. Otherwise it will suddenly burst out and you'll get startled. It has shutters which is nice but I can see when people walk by which defeats the purpose. (Emerson... Wood, not vinyl). That night that we stayed there they had this security guard posted at the parking lot ushering people to where they should park and he assured me he'd keep an eye on my vehicle. For $91 its not too bad. Just wish the owners were more customer friendly. Compared to other motels in the area this one looks like the pick for those nights that you gotta get it in. They do trip if you have an unregistered guest so at this one I don't recommend it.

Great staff but shabby run down. This place is ghetto looking but you'd be surprised, it is really quiet and private. Not really a place to take kids... For the price it is a decent place. Despite the shabbiness the place is orderly and clean. Overlook the graffiti on the headboard and the holes in the carpet. Next to a hospital. If they updated the place and made it more corporate looking I'd give it five stars for the rates alone.

The pillows were horrid! The parking, plenty available. The room was big and clean. Lots of commotion between other rooms. The train running in the middle of the night was frightening at first and then just annoying. The jacuzzi tub is huge! Towels are wonderful to exfoliate your skin. For the price, good bang for your buck. However, I'd pay more for a better nights sleep.

Not worth the cost, worst part was the towels in the room where so dirty, we couldn't use them. The bathroom was not cleaned well.
