Went in January to see it frozen and it was absolutely gorgeous! You will definitely need spikes for your boots in the winter. The trail was icy. If it hadn't been icy it would have been very wet and muddy. Rocky, icy, path with some stream crossings. Mostly uphill on the way there, downhill on the way back. The trail was very easy to follow both there and back. Plan for 3 hours, which includes time to enjoy the falls.

We went a day and half after the rain, the trail is mostly in good condition with just a few muddy spots. Dog friendly. It took us 2.5 hrs to hike round trip.

Moderate uphill hike with the falls at the end. The path is very rocky and sometimes narrow. A few streams need to be crossed on the way up so wear appropriate gear. The falls are worth the hike.

Great hike to an amazing waterfall! Definitely a family friendly hike. Would highly recommend.

Very long in and out trail to the falls. Not too strenuous but a little rocky. The falls were beautiful. In terms of a diverse trail (different elevations, rock scrambling, twists and turns) it is not, but it did have plenty of mushrooms and kept us excited.

Worth the 2.5 mile hike! Highly recommend. Breathtaking falls at the end of the trail make it all the worth. The trail I would say is moderate difficult. Be careful from the steep & wet spots. Small Parking area available on start of trail. I didn't see any public bathrooms though...be aware .

Well worth the distance! A wonderful fall that you will reach after a not so easy 4.6 miles of ealking/hiking. No facilities, but you can eat on the rocks at the falls and take in the nature. Make sure to put your GPS direction for the trailhead and not the falls itself to find the parking.

We visited this site today. We were there by 1:30ish. Surprisingly there were no other people and we had the spot all to ourselves. However on the way back we met many people hiking towards the fall. It was a Moderate hike and very easy to navigate. Highly recommend hiking boots because coming back is challenging with loose rocks underneath the fall leaves. Overall beautiful trail and fall foliage were at its best.

Great little respite for the Appalachian and Long Trail hikers on their journey, with excellent value for the price you pay. The staff/owners absolutely respect the hikers' autonomy. They pick you up from the trail and they leave immediately after sh

We really really enjoyed this restaurant. My outlaws shared a prime rib. There was a $9 charge, but they received everything I did. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. There were quite a few vegetarian options as well. The drinks were delicious.

This place is absolutely amazing! The service, food and atmosphere are all 5 stars, I would give more if I could. The lady that cooked my food was VERY careful with my severe dairy allergy. She was very serious and took every precaution possible. I H

Excellent well prepared food and reasonable prices. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Another plus, the restaurant does not charge junk credit card fees. Will plan on returning.
