Positive: Nothing, the bathroom is so dirty. Toilet bowl has yellow stain. Room 106 is dirty Negative: The bathroom is dirty. Toilet bowl has yellow stain. Door is full of duck tapes. Room door is rusty and filthy. Shower is dirty and have some. Cigarette ash. Scared to take a shower.

I Wish I Could Rate This Hotel A 0 , How Is This Place Still Open. The Rooms Were Horrible, The Walls Looked Like My Daughter Taped Construction Paper All Over Them. THE BATHROOM is Disgusting 🤢 The Tub , The Toliet , And The Sink Had Rust On It . Even The Water Smelled . Thank God We Had Bottled Water We Used That To Brush Out Teeth. ROACHES I Hate Them. It’s So Much More That I Can Say I Just Rather Post The Pictures And Let Yall See . Shut This Place Down ASAP

The rooms have been flooded so they smell like mold when you walk in. The water spits outta the sink and hits you like it's jumps out the faucet and keeps doing it over and over! The water comes out yellow! The rooms a nice looking with nice set up and beds too but overall not a great place. No roaches tho or bed bugs.

The staff was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. However the room was extremely humid when we entered and every surface was damp. We closed the windows and turned on the AC hoping it would solve the problem, but the AC unit only blew out hot air, the tub leaked water all over the floor, and the microwave smelled of death. There were cigarette holes in our comforter in a “non-smoking” room. We also never got a key that worked for our room so had to go to the front desk every time we wanted to get into our room. Never even spent the night, cancelled reservation and went to a different hotel.

Not worth the amount of money spent. In need of major upgrades. Room was very small. Floors were dirty. No carpet. Stains in the shower and the floor was warped. No water pressure. The bed was comfortable though if you like one flat pillow. The title of luxury is a joke. The pictures posted to entice someone to stay there have to be from 30 years ago and not one thing has changed.

Between plunging my own toilet because it completely broke to having to file a fraud charge because they charged me in May for a February stay I can’t say anything good about this place. The staff seemed really nice at first but then when we got a weird charge from them several months after our stay they started acting in a way that felt shady. The person at the front desk told my husband that the card reader hadn’t been working for nearly 4 months and that’s why we weren’t charged until May. The problem with that is we were charged in February and had the receipt to prove it. They still didn’t do anything so I had to file a fraud charge with my bank. I wasn’t expecting a ritzy hotel but I expected a bit of courtesy and maintenance.

This place was soo disgusting!!! First the lady was flirting with my boyfriend. Then they were going to give a room with the toilet over leaking when you flush. They gave us another room. Well that one smelled so bad!!! I had to check the beds to see if there were any bugs thank god no. My daughter used the shower and the shower was coming out the wall which flooded the whole floor. The guy was nice and fixed it. Then the next morning I went to check out and the lady came to take my cards then followed me to the car in her pjs!!!! Just to flirt with my boyfriend again!!! Never going back there. That was disrespectful and rude!!!
