Luxury Inn - Motel in Channelview - 15545 E Freeway Service Rd, USA

Rooms were filthy, smelled bad, dried dead bugs all over, water dripping through the ceiling, water coming in through under the door, balls of toilet paper on the restroom walls. My daughter in law was bit by bugs. We only stayed overnight due to no power nor rooms available in the area due to a storm.

For not reading the reviews. It was that I arrived here. The price is no justification. You can be humble but not disgusting. Everything made me sick. There was nowhere to open the refrigerator. Not to mention the microwave. All dirty. The cigarette smell is super strong. If you turn on the air conditioning it's like going to the casino. When you leave that room you are a tobacco leaf. Please look for other options. There are other places for the same price that are much better. We are not going to talk about the treatment by the owners or managers.

Very quiet lots of cameras so it's secure. Rooms are clean, and I stayed for a month. I will be staying there again.

This place is disgusting and loud there are people yelling all night long it is very nasty just please don't stay there you'll end up with bed bugs and whatever else

there is nothing Luxury about the place but for the price it is okay. room smelled of smoke & wasn’t the best looking inside as the covers had smoke holes. The lights on the ceiling were busted & the latch for the lock on the door was taken off. When brought to management’s attention i was told “its no issue its okay.” it was an issue for me as a paying customer but i guess. they also rush you to be out the room close to check out time. they knock aggressively at the door & call the phone 30 minutes before checkout. would not recommend

Place is actually great. Management personel are easy to talk to and at this motel they really work with you. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great place, SO, if you see bad reviews dont believe it... see it for yourself and youll be amazed.

This place is horrible. Like the absolute worst. The owner or manager or whoever she was is racist, she accused of me loitering, trespassing and washing our car for no reason and then proceed to take pictures of my plates and call the cops.... all in secret too. I never got the chance to even get a room because the lady said "I don't have any rooms for you people". We had a bathroom incident with our cat in her crate so we had to clean it up first and she's watching us from the window and then pops out to take a picture runs back inside. I go to talk her to see what's going on and she acts like we're destroying property and disturbing others. That's when she says we're loitering and stuff. Mind you we're both black college students, and I'm Male and LITERALLY I never shown any form of aggression, didn't raise my voice, and had no type of attitude. She had the door locked and stood away from the table like I was trying to attack her something. After awhile we just left and needless to say we never saw the cops at either of our houses because we did ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong. So I warn everyone who even dares to pull over here for a quick second as I've seen her mistreat others in the reviews.
