For where hotel in located its really not that bad. Yes rooms could use some updates. First room we got had hole in ceiling (233) but they gave us no problem an moved us. When you are down and cant get into an apt or house right away and need a place to stay for a decent price I would send you here. Now if you come from out of town and know nothing about this area then definitely not the place for you.... Crime does happen but owners seem to keep their property clean and quiet ❤️ I cant complain....

These places is very disrespectful.. after paying for a week they go to your room and try to kick you out every day. You can't even sleep in or.relax and when I tried to talk to someone they didn't want to do anything about it or correct the problem.. I will never stay there again. The lady I tried.to.talked.to.told.me.an my wife to shut up. What kind of business talks to someone that spends hundreds of dollars wit them. These people have NO right having or running.a business with no people skills what so ever.... 🪳 infested, Terrible customer service, If I can give a bad review I would what kind of worker would tell you to shut up on the phone while your children are right their this isn't worth $100 a night this place and the worker whom work morning need to be fired and have more respect ex specially banging at people doors while asleep in the early am

Positive: The most important reason we chose this hotel was because of the location. Negative: The toilets didn't flush properly & there was a continuous leak on the floor by the vanity.

Came in for a nite, just passing through. We stayed 3. Not sure why the hate for this place. Room was fine, place to crash, clean up, maybe chill for a few mins. No bugs in the bed, room was clean, bathroom was fine. Out working got in around 230 or so in the morning. Sore, so I went down to just chill in the pool. Didn't have my suit, so wore a tank top. It was late, no kids or people, no one cared. Love the staff, so cool, friendly and helpful on where to go to do things.

Do not stay here. I went with my young child because work was being done to my home. When I walked in I went back out asked for a refund and because I was in there for about 15 mins she said no refund. The 4th picture is a broken pipe with drug residue. 5th picture is a taser that was plugged into the wall not mine. If my child would of got it before me then he could have got hurt. I got a non-smoking room and the smoke detectors were torn off. The carpets were stained things were broken. I paid $75.00 for a 1 bed. I couldn't stay there and couldn't get my money back. When I went back to the office the lady that works there didn't come out, she sent a child to speak with me. I hope this helps anyone that may think it is a nice hotel. I have not lived here long so I didn't know. Wish I would of looked up the reviews first.

All new paint, carpet and tile makes the room seem nicer than the great price you paid but as you settle in you notice several things that add up to almost a deal breaker. || First the train issue several reviews have talked about. we were in the back of the lot furthest away from the road and tracks but every 10 minutes the train comes by. Stay away from the rooms nearest the road. The problem is the tracks follow the highway so it really doesn't matter what hotel you pick along that stretch of town, the trains go by them all. Not to worry, AC unit noise covers up most noise with its own noise, so train is not a huge deal || Back lot rooms face west and have a window in the back of the room facing east, or so it seemed. NO WINDOW SHADE so by 5:30 am the room is lit up bright making sleep difficult for some. Closet in our room missing rod and hangers and had a second chair in it taking up space. Not really any space in the room for the second chair and no table for the first. || Fridge and microwave worked great as they were new. Did get new towels for second night but that was all, beds were not made nor floor cleaned. TV has tiny aftermarket remote, hit the wrong button and you will be calling the front desk on the 30 year old phone to get help getting the source back.(it was a very hard to find button on the side of the tv). Young girl, believe to be daughter to owner was polite and helpful with issue and at check in. She spoke great english, and management seemed to be a family affair not a corp owned. No breakfast but lots of places to eat within 2 miles. || But Biggest issue was the bathroom. Redone yes but the shower curtain was 4 inches in which made it very narrow and the curtain kept sticking to my shoulder, ugg. No sticky in tube so it was very slippery, dangerous. || The final straw was the toilet. it was only 3 inches or so from the wall so big guys will not like sitting offset. But worse the toilet paper was mounted 1 inch above the left wall side of the seat, meaning there was no way you can sit straight or centered in the seat. sorry if one of the owners installed it but the installer was an idiot. |||| Final thought, price and news of remodel got us there but so many fixable things made us not want to return. I hope the owners read this and take a look as the changes are not really a money issue, but small things add up when it comes to a good nights rest after a long day on the road. Full sunlight at 5am ruined my sleep and I never thought how much being comfortable on the toilet would be important after a days drive on I40, but stay here and you will.

Great hotel, great service, delicious food. Highly recommend. The walls are thick, you don't hear city traffic. Our daughter and son in law married here. Very nice. I thought I was giving a review to Hotel Andaluz downtown. Not sure why it came up under this hotel?

we had stayed here about 2 years ago and it was very nice. However, this time it was very different. It was very outdated. the bedspread had cigarette burns in them. The pillows were very flat. no coffee maker in the room. the continental breakfast consisted of coffee and mini muffins. it was a depressing atmosphere. I would not recommend this to anyone
