Luxbury Inn & Suites - Motel in Maryville - 805 Foothills Mall Dr, USA

I stayed a couple of days ago in room 232 and checked out the next morning. I ended up having to stay another night so I went back to check back in and an alarm started ringing. The lady at the desk asked if I had brought a cat into the room yesterday. I said I hadn't... She said she would have to call her manager to see if I was "allowed" to stay. She called and the manager wanted to speak to me and kept asking if I brought a cat in the room because a table had scratched up legs (I had seen this when I first arrived but assumed the hotel was aware of it already.) I kept telling both of them to review the camera footage to prove I didn't bring a cat in the hotel. They didn't or if they did, chose to ignore I had no cat. I stupidly decided to stay another night.. I had nowhere to go and really needed a roof over my head. This room was disgusting. Lots of things torn and broke in the room. I took pictures of everything messed up in the room for proof so they wouldn't keep this damage deposit but I already know they will because they are dishonest. They stole 200 dollars from me and now I am going to struggle to make it to my next paycheck. I do not recommend this place at all. The manager is an absolute crook.

We stayed 3 days, in Rm 219, for a reunion. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest, and so helpful. The room was wonderful! Fully loaded kitchen, (full size fridge & stove, dishes, cookware, silverware) big screen TVs, pillow top mattress, pillows like clouds. I brought flipflops to wear, for the floor, but they weren't needed here. Everything was so clean, I only wish I had taken pics. The ones on the website don't do them justice. The room attendants were great. I needed a larger pot to cook for the reunion, and they were happy to find me one. Both were so sweet. We felt right at home here and we'll definitely be back. 😁❤️

The employees & hospitality was amazing! ♡ Room 109 from 3-25 thru 3-29. The shower had great pressure, but the tub filled up while showering. Breakfast & coffee was great. *** Some suggestions tho: *Pillows were rock hard & old, so, I didn't sleep the 1st night. I had to go buy one. * Pillows and mattresses should have protectors on them. * The non-stick pan was scratched up too badly to use, so safe non-stick pans would be ideal. * There were no hot pads to take anything out of the oven. * There wasn't a dish cloth nor dish soap to wash anything.

I am changing my review as this hotel as they made everything right! We were having issues with getting our deposit back but they made it right. The hotel itself was really nice and very clean.

I specifically requested a smoking room & was not informed otherwise. Paid $100.00 deposit. My friend smoked in the room and when I checked out, I couldn't get my deposit back because of this, despite the fact that I requested a smoking room, which they claim they have. This turned a one night girls stay from $113.00 to $213.00 which is ridiculous. Will never go back, nor suggest this place to friends & family.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one needed to be put so other people don’t experience what I did Upon checking in room 223 the beds were dirty, stains and blood stains on the bedskirt and no mattress protectors and there was dead, squished spiders on the ceiling. When I called front desk to let them know, they said they would send somebody in to clean up. When I returned late that evening, the dead spider was removed from the ceiling, but the rest of the room was still filthy. I went down to the office. They gave me some clean sheets. I curled up in them and tried to sleep. ( I did call other hotels in the area but there was no availability that night ) The towels are old and dingy. My couch was ripped and the fold out couch was even dirtier than the other beds. There was no soaps or anything in the bathroom I checked out first thing in the morning, the lady that served breakfast was very nice and so was the gentleman that checked me in other words than that stay away from this hotel They charge $223 plus tax that night I went down the road and stayed at a Hilton for about $50 more

The Luxbury Inn and Suites is a hidden gem. The employees were all incredibly kind and the rooms were fantastic. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Maryville and Knoxville.

The living room/ kitchen was a little small BUT very clean and furnished nicely. The office staff was very kind. Ladies cooking breakfast were sweet and food was good and homemade. I would definitely revisit for a couple of nights.
