Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eyelash salon, so professional, so immaculately clean And decor added such a beautiful touch, very inviting. As for my lashes, they look amazing. I am very specific when it comes to my lashes and don’t trust many places due to bad experiences in the past. I heard great things about Lux Lashes and decided to try them. Wow I was blown away by the entire experience. Lex did my lashes, she sat with me and listened to what I wanted, told me her suggestions and picked the perfect length and style for me. We chatted and I felt like I’ve known her for years. The place is gorgeous and everyone is so nice! I’m so happy I won’t have to travel so far for quality lashes anymore! 5 days later and they still look as perfect as the first day! I found my new lash spot!!
I am thrilled with my experience at Lux Lash Lounge. Melanie helped me set up and be prepared for my first appointment and was so helpful and sweet. Jessica G helped me pick the look that was just right for me. I'm a little weird with eyes but Jess made me feel comfortable the entire time. I can't stop checking myself out in the mirror now and I'm not usually that person 😅 The confidence is sky high with these beautiful lashes. The place is very cute, the all pink Starbursts were a special treat, and parking was no problem.
I had a great experience! I wanted to get eyelash extensions for the first time to celebrate my birthday and they were able to squeeze me in the day of. Giselle did a wonderful job! I’ve been getting nonstop compliments. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend!
I really hate to give this place their first one star but I have to be honest… I first went in on July 3rd and the service took 2.5 hours, I originally asked for a cat eye (which is what I’ve gotten at others places, I tried this place because it’s closer to my home and it had good reviews) but I was told I should get the “classic” which I was a little hesitant at first but said fine, no big deal. The lashes looked great after 2.5 hours, I scheduled a fill in for 2 weeks later but by the next day, half my lashes had fallen off and I thought, maybe I accidentally got them wet since it was the 4th of July. I went back for my 2 week refill appointment, she said that I needed a 3 week refill which was probably true. I got my lashes, this time it lasted 2 hours, again I got the classic set. As I was laying on the couch my husband goes “you have $15 on your cheeks” and he holds 3 eyelashes (this was probably 3 hours after I got them done) by the next morning I had another 5 eyelashes that had fallen off and by the end of the week all of eyes lashes except maybe less then a hand full were still intact, this has never happened to me. This was a complete waste of money in my option and I will be going back to my original place even if it is further from me. Don’t waste your money or time here.
