We just camped here for the first time and we loved it!! Everyone is extremely friendly!! The owners are amazing!! We went on a kayak trip and they had a bus that picked us up and dropped us off up river, so we floated downstream. There are sandbars you can stop off at and swim. They also had a live band last night, food, and amazing fireworks. We will definitely be back!! Thanks again for great memories ☺️
Love this place started c staying here on the weekend 2 years ago. Always a great time and good staff. Just got on the waiting list for a seasonal spot for next year. My wife and kids love it. Kids make a lot of friends at the youth events. I’m gonna try and win the big fish contest in October
We liked this campground, but be aware that campers here are really crammed in and everything is extremely tight. It’s a pretty location on the Rock River, off Interstate 88. There are lots of things to do on the river – kayaking, tubing, canoes. If you’re not doing any of that, it’s a quiet pretty place, but again, everyone is on top of each other and there’s very little room!
The people at check-in were nice, but one thing we could have used was a campground map. None of the sites have sewer, and we had no idea where the dump station was. We had to ask other campers where to find it. WIFI did work. We were told there are new owners as of 4 years ago, and they have plans for expansion. We stayed one night on the long Labor Day weekend as we were passing through. The vibe here was family fun, so that was nice. What was not nice were the bathrooms. They were quite dirty. The showers were totally gross – LOTS of large clumps of hair were on the floor of the showers (different colors) and the shower walls were stained, making it obvious that cleaning is not done well or often. I would not want to take a shower here.
A note about the dump station – on the morning we left, we crossed the street to go to the dump station. (We left on a Sunday morning of a long weekend, so there was no one else there.) There’s a one lane path to get both in and out to the area where the dump station is. We have no idea what this must be like to use if there’s a bunch of RV’s waiting to use the dump station. On popular weekends when everyone is checking out, this must be a mess.
We recommend for a short stay, particularly if you are self-contained so you don’t have to use the bathrooms.
Very beautiful spot to camp the owners are very helpful and friendly. The people camping here are very friendly. Lots you can do swim, float in a tube or kayak. I think the only thing they need to add is a laundry room we are absolutely enjoying our stay here.
This campground is right on the Rock River off of Interstate 88. The family that runs it is so nice. Our site was right on the river with a nice view. They offer kayak, tubing and canoe trips down the river. The Hennepin canal trail is about 15 minutes away if you like to bike
The new owners are making some amazing upgrades and it's much bigger and better than before. They have bands that play, canoes, tubes, fishing camping, a new lake is being built, and much more.
Fantastic local campground! Everyone there is very accommodating. Great experience and enjoyed my fishing!
This hidden gem is a bit off the main road but located on the Rock River. Gorgeous view, great setting for a campground. Everyone here treats you like family and it's the epitome of midwest nice. Lots of things to do and they regularly have special events.
Peaceful and serene on this 95 degree last day of summer. I wanted to be outside enjoying nature on this hot day. Park is very well kept! Neat, clean, no trash laying around.
I am so thankfull to have Alexander as my manager. Hes helped me and my family so much with understanding the new management system. At first it was very hard, we got off on the wrong foot. Thank God for him being kind respectful a man of God and a p
After a visit for lunch elsewhere in East Moline, I desired a place to grab a tea and relax for a bit. A quick Google search revealed East Moline Coffee Company was not far from my current location, so I decided to head there.

Great place to paintball! The refs and owners are great people and fun to work with, the fields are well built, and their pricing is very economical! 10 out 10 recommend.
