The hot cakes (pancakes) were so yummy, and the mochiko kara-age was still amazing even when it’s cold. We really enjoyed them at our beach picnic. Cash Only!
This time around I had to quickly get some breakfast for my man I ordered him the deluxe omelette with fried rice I already knew this place was good and I'll always choose this place over the other plate lunch places along this area Cash only & favorably there is an ATM right next door should you not have any I really believe that the people that own or cook for this place must be trained chefs because the food is always good! I still believe and wanted to emphasize that the fried chicken here is so Ono, the flavor & crispiness is unlike any other place I've tried
Great bento menu & best mochiko chicken (esp. when fresh from frier). The mochiko chicken is perfectly marinated and has a mochiko coating. I have yet to find a betta mochiko chicken on the island!
This is a hole in the wall with seating for 14. G Love the mochiko chicken and hamburger steak. If you find yourself in the area, you must stop in for a bento. Pros. Great food. Cons. Dirty looking place. Parking can be a problem.
I really enjoy the mochiko chicken here. Lots of flavor and very crispy/crunchy. Hard to find a better comparison to this and quite honestly maybe there's nothing comparable. The plate lunches are large with generous portions of the chicken and even the smaller bentos will fill you up. Prices are definitely reasonable making this place a bargain. Unfortunately they're open only Monday to Friday and closed weekends. They run on short hours as well 5 AM to 1 PM. So have to get there early! High recommendation from me. You won't be disappointed!
Called today to make an order. Was put on hold. Waiting over 6 minutes. Overheard cashier help customers. Then heard her convo with an employees son's Hawaiian name and where the employee Grad from. He went Kam- but Grad Waianae. Second time she put me on hold and forgot. Food is decent. Customer service...not as consistent.
This place is my number one place for mochiko chicken! I make it here almost once a week and my taste buds always give me a high 5! Everything on the menu I have had has been top notch. If u are looking for a great lunch, don't hesitate to get something from here. You will not be disappointed! Remember cash only.

Shoot was - as expected - amazing. Stunning mastery of technique, patter, and showmanship. Hilarious sense of humour, was great at working the crowd and had a lot of warmth and heart incorporated into his performance, and the story he told throughout
