Luna-Mar Motel - Motel in Seaside Park - 1201 N Ocean Ave, USA

Loved our first stay so much we came back two weeks later for another stay. Tom (owner) and Lou keep the place looking great and treat their guests like family. The rooms are kept in good working order and housekeeping does an amazing job keeping things clean. Everyone (guests and employees) is friendly and the whole place has a family vibe. It’s right across the street from the beach and they provide beach passes. Nice touch: they give you the passes if you get there early before check in so you can still get time on the sand on your first day of vacation. There are bagels and coffee every morning and the Wi-Fi works great. This is our go to beach motel at the Jersey Shore.

I was extremely happy with my stay here. It was clean, right near entrance to the beach, friendly management, fantastic pool!! Bagels in the morning! |Close enough to walk down to Seaside Heights boardwalk, but far enough away from the noise of it all. I'm definitely staying here again!

We enjoyed another great stay at the Luna Mar. An annual summer stay to see our son’s family at the Jersey shore. Tom, the owner, took good care of us as usual. This is a family run motel straight out of the 60’s with that era style. Great heated pool and right across the street from the beach and a couple blocks from the boardwalk.|Bagels and coffee in the morning and Lou, the front desk man was a hoot. The room we stayed in was very clean, which is so important. The room & bathroom were a little tight, but for the price, location, & the overall time we spent in the room, it wasn’t an issue. I gave service a 4/5 because we couldn’t find the wifi password anywhere in the room (Verizon does not have great service in the area), and by the time we realized, it was too late in the night to go to the office to get it. I’m sure if would’ve been easily accommodated :) overall, we had a very pleasant experience and will be staying here again in the future! I rely strongly on reviews when deciding to book a hotel, so I always make sure to leave an honest one!

First time staying at this motel and I'm so glad it came up in my suggestions! It was clean(so very important to me!) , very pleasant and friendly staff. We loved the pool and the beach entrance was directly across the street. Couldn't ask for more! I loved the soft rock music playing at the pool during the day too. They keep clean towels around the lounge chairs at the pool as well. Great upkeep up the property too! Ohhh and enjoyed the hot beverages and bagels in the morning! I will definitely be booking this place again!

The customer service was fantastic. Lou was so nice over the phone and in person. Our room was ready early and they allowed us to to check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is right on the beach.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful! The bagels and coffee is always a fantastic touch! The location is close to beach and the boardwalk, but quiet too.

Dude. Doesn't get better for a quaint, family run hotel. Owners are extremely nice. All the guest seem to just mesh and hangout. Right across the road from the ocean with great views. I'll add some photos after this weekend. Seriously though can't say enough nice things.
