Chris at Lumo is absolutely amazing! He has come to my work and my home to help me with computer issues. He saved us so much time by fixing a computer which was under warranty but I would have had to send it out. He came over and fixed it in less than an hour. Super friendly and knowledgeable. An electrical storm fried my computer and Chris was able to diagnose the issues. It made more sense to purchase a new computer and he found the best option ( a lot cheaper than I thought I would need to pay.) He updated the graphic card so it could be a gaming computer (much cheaper than buying one premade.) He also helped me back up and move all the data at an extremely reasonable price. I also had him come back out to help me setup my brand-new work computer and swap out monitors (nothing was installed or setup, so he worked with my manger over the phone to ensure I had everything I needed.) His clients are mostly businesses and working on the server side but he is amazing for individuals needing help. I highly recommend him, very professional and knowledgeable.
