If you are planning to attend an event at Intuit Dome, this hotel might be a suitable option for you. It is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the arena. However, if you are not attending an event, I would suggest considering other options as the area can be quite noisy. Additionally, while airplanes frequently pass overhead, the sound is not noticeable once inside the room. The hotel provides sound machines in each room for added comfort. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. The showerhead is designed in a rain style, and essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. I thought I'd mention that the TVs are incredibly small. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are soft and fluffy.

This place is great and in a perfect location. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in LA that is close to everything then this is your spot. They have a restaurant within the hotel that has decent food and dining, a pool and other amenities. The only con I will say is there is absolutely no parking. So if you rent a car or bring one you will have to pay I believe it was $30-$40 a night if I remember correctly. Other than that everything else was amazing. I have stayed here a couple of times now when I travel to LA by myself or with my partner and I feel safe. So it’s five stars all around, definitely recommend it🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I booked a room at the Lüm hotel from June 23rd to June 27th, but when I arrived, my name was not on the list and my reservation was marked as canceled. The receptionists told me that I had canceled the reservation myself and that they couldn't do anything about it. They were more interested in eating pizza than in helping me.||I had to find another, more affordable hotel to stay in. Fortunately, with the help of Best Day travel agency, I was able to get back the 15,000 pesos that they had charged me.||I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not stay here again. The lack of attention and the irresponsibility of the receptionists ruined my experience.

We absolutely Enjoyed staying here! Really beautiful hotel, my family and I Enjoyed it very much! Very comfortable beds, very clean, and easy to access. Valet staff parking was really nice and helpful. Overall staff was friendly. We did not have any issues with noise. We also enjoyed the gym and pool. Very easy to walk to the stadiums as well. Overall 10/10 very cute space to stay in LA

I would like to rate Sonder a 3/5 stars. The hotel overall was nice, clean and modern looking. The room I had was great because I was overlooking the pool however it lacked necessities...there needed to be an extra trash can, extra bedding, change in towels and a microwave. The hotel is aiming for easy access and convenience yet they don't have a phone in the room to call the lobby (the chat feature is great but takes time..) and there was painting maintenance while I was there...which left no access to the microwave or to refill my water bottle. This hotel is close to the airport but the walkability is low plus the parking fee is $35 which adds up after some time.. There needs to be self parking in my opinion considering there isn't any walkable places for you to go to. There is construction and planes passing by for those that are light sleepers. (Did not bother me at all) Overall my experience was a 3/5. The front door lock was not working, not having access to a microwave/water was not pleasant and when asking for new towels no one ever showed.

My recent stay at the hotel “Sonder Lum” was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location could not have been better, offering convenient access to local attractions and dining options. This, coupled with the exquisite heated pool, ensured that my leisure time was spent in the utmost enjoyment. Whether basking in the warm water or hot tub, the experience was delightful. The pool area was a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, adding an extra layer of pleasure to my stay. Moreover, the service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch. The valet drivers, in particular, stood out with their friendliness and efficiency, making every interaction a pleasant one. The overall service was attentive and courteous, leaving no need unmet. I would not only stay here again but also highly recommend this hotel to others. It's a place where comfort meets exemplary service, creating a memorable experience for any guest.

Great little hotel! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. I was in LA for a conference at Hollywood Park, so the location was great for that and close to LAX. The customer service was off the charts great! All the staff was super helpful, chatty and fun! Not stuffy like some other places can be; the staff here were engaged. We had a burger at the restaurant and it was one of the best burgers we've ever had! It was a bummer that the pool heater was broken when we were there so we didn't get to swim much, but the pool area has such a great atmosphere! We enjoyed hanging out down there and sitting in the hot tub. I gave three stars for location because we had never been to LA and didn't realize how spread out things are!! So we switched to a hotel closer to downtown for the rest of our trip. But if you're there for a conference, or want to hang closer to the airport, this hotel is a good option!

We got more than expected. The room was clean and fresh, and had very comfy beds. We had prepared to hearing loud noice from nearby construction but the room was quiet. The room had a white noice machine but we only used it to pick our favourites from noice selection :D||Pool was extremely nice, warm and clean with good sunbeds and fresh towels available. Jacuzzi was hot and good as well. Easy transport by bus to LAX with 1 dollar per ride without a TAP card, line 117.
