5 stars is not enough! We are from San Antonio and we were camping at Garner for my birthday. We knew we wanted to eat out on my actual birthday so we looked around to see what was close by. The minute we saw Luigi's we knew that was where we would be having dinner. We went Sunday evening and were treated to great service and food. I didn't catch our servers name but on the ticket it said smiley. She was super nice. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. The food came out in a timely manner and was nice and hot. I don't know if you make the cheesecakes or source them, but either way they were delicious. We've already planned the next time we are in the area we will definitely stop by again.
Can’t stop coming to this place! Pizza is second to none. All dishes have been delicious! Every single experience has been amazing. A local restaurant with great service, food, and overall experience! All in our very own Uvalde, TX.
This is a very nice lunch spot. It’s not really a 5 star but it is closer to 5 than 4. I had the lasagna lunch special. It came with a beautiful (large) side salad, garlic knots and drink for $11.00. Lasagna was excellent. Salad was excellent. Tea was good. My only knock on this lunch was the garlic knots. They were a little dry and had very little garlic or butter flavor. But the quality, quantity and value is definitely worthy of a return visit.
Not impressed. Food was bland and low quality for the price. You are paying a premium for a place that is part of a gas station, has no ambiance, and mediocre food. Server was nice and attentive, but otherwise not a great experience. Appetizer soup & entree all came out at the same time, after a long wait, so there was no way to eat fast enough for other items not to get cold. Food was not bad, just bland and unimpressive (think nursing home quality food) No interest in going back.
It was empty so service was fast and friendly. I had the beef ravioli and it was ok, the beef tasted funny. House salad was fresh but couldn't say the same for the complimentary rolls. The portion was pretty small.
This is a wonder family run and family owned business. The owner truly cares about his customers and the quality of food that he personally cooks for each and every order. Good help is very hard to find but the servers are sweet and local hard working staff. The food is fantastic, the environment is warm and loving. This is truly my favorite restaurant in uvalde.
We've come to this place more than a few times. This time things have changed. The salad was cheap lettuce instead of spring mix like it use to be. They had no house dressing again. Our waitress was horrible we ran out of drinks and our waitress was busy chatting with another waitress. Also, if you pay with card you get charged $3.00 extra. That's ridiculous. We will no long eat here and we will definitely not recommend this restaurant. We manage a RV Park and when my guest ask me for a good restaurant to eat at I will definitely not recommend they go here.
I got major food poisoning here. I ordered the Luigi's Trio, my friend ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Ambiance was nice, place was pretty much empty at 5:00pm on a Friday, which seems strange. All the good reviews here indicate they don't really have a problem with food poisoning, but something happened with my visit and it hit me really bad.

Nice place with great service! The food was great! I wasn't aware this place existed when a friend brought me for breakfast! I now have a new favorite breakfast restaurant in town!
A surprising little food heaven/ haven in Uvalde! It doesn't look great on the outside but it's lovely, clean, and delicious on the inside! The food and drinks could be in any coastal gourmet big city which is quite something in rural Texas! Keep it
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Perfect place to take friends or family. Outdoor patio with fans for warm weather or heaters for cold weather.
I got a number 12 with a medium vanilla shake. It was quiet delicious, I asked for a number 12 with nothing on it, it was the perfect spicy type sandwich I was looking for. 5 stars.
