Lucy's Cafe - Cafe in Moody - 614 Ave D, USA

This cute little cafe is on the main street through town, which is how we came to see it. Today we finally decided to give it a try. The pancakes were fluffy and hot and the hash browns were absolutely delicious! Would have preferred soft scrambled eggs, but they were still good...cooked done without being brown...yay!! The folks here are welcoming and friendly. We are glad we stopped in.

The food that we ate was good, but the fact that French fries did not accompany the party melt sandwich was displeasing. I ordered the fajita plate; and the only disappointments there were the Lima beans in the rice, the limited number of tortillas and the finite portion of salsa. The plate size was generous with respect to chicken, and I enjoyed another full meal from the residual.

Great place for a cheese burger and chicken fried steak! The have daily lunch specials that are almost like my mom's home cooked food!

Food is way over-priced. Two of each had 3 hard tacos with beans and rice. Chips with salsa(chips were overcooked) and tea. $43.00

Always good food and service, prices good.
