Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse - Restaurant in West Jordan - 3754 Center View Way, USA

We had so much fun and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend going hungry. They fill you with an amazing portion size of fries, onion rings, and a great entree. I loved the pig pen Burger and. The celestial Burger was incredible as well. Their fry sauce is very thick and goes great with their fries and burgers. I got the Cajun fries and I think that they are one of the first places places that actually knows how to use Cajun spices really well.

Our server Samantha did an excellent job. She was friendly and attentive, yet very efficient. Celestial Burger and Bacon Stinky Burger were great as always. I didn't notice a difference in food and quality from the lucky 13 on 1300 South location. Cajun fries, rosemary garlic fries, onion rings were all awesome as well. The overall vibe isn't quite as cool as the 1300 South location, but not bad.

Got together with some family members to share a meal at Lucky's Iron Door. Came to find out this place is a sister location to the Lucky's in Salt Lake, I used to live downtown and ate at Lucky's more than a few times because it was so good. The Iron Door Lucky's has a bar and restaurant side, which is nice if you have those with you that don't/can't drink, we ate on the restaurant side. They have a policy that doesn't allow seating until all of your party arrives. The waiting area was big enough, but we visited on a Thursday, which wasn't that busy. Something to keep in mind if you plan to visit with a big party that is not going to arrive all together, and if it's a busier time. Most of us ordered burgers, which are pretty big and cooked to medium (see pic), unless otherwise instructed. Our food came out pretty fast, although I did find that it wasn't hot at all. My onion rings weren't hot, my burger was barely warm, my hubby ordered fries, not hot. If you're a person who likes your food to be hot, this place will disappoint you. Also tried to order half onion rings, half fries, which I was not able to do (they have another policy that prohibits that). The bun was the best thing about the burger imo. Our waitress was very good at her job...the only issues I had were with their "policies." Apparently, customer comfort isn't a priority at this place. The only thing this place made me want to do is go downtown and eat at the original Lucky's to see if the food is just as good as I remember, and see if they have the same lame policies!

Very friendly staff. No wait on getting drink orders after we were sat. I have a wheat allergy, so I ordered my burger without a bun. The waitress even remembered to bring over silverware before our food was brought out. Burgers were cooked perfectly and flavorful.

One of the best, if not the best place to get a burger in the state of Utah. The garlic rosemary fries are absolutely amazing as well, & they have a great selection of local beers to wash it all down.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were great, especially with their special fry sauce. Highly recommended.

This place was great! I always pass the location in Salt Lake but it's always been when I go to the ball game and they are totally packed. So I was excited to finally get to try lucky's at this location. Michael was our server. He was fantastic. Knew the entire menu and even had pictures on his phone he's taken of like the entire menu (he noticed me taking pictures of our food and we got chatting). I got the bacon Guacamole with pepper jack cheese. Cooked to perfection. Every bite was full of flavor and on a yummy bun. There onion rings were awesome. They had their own signature flavor I haven't tasted with every other side of onion rings I've had. Totally did not disappoint. My friend got the club wrap with fries. He really liked it and said he would definitely order it again. They have a full bar. Their specialty drinks sound delicious and pretty creative. There were several I haven't seen in utah restaurants before. The restaurant has a fun feel. Three types of seating options. Super clean. Everything was fresh and made to specifications. Staff is very friendly. There are a lot of resturants in this mall area. Lucky's would definitely be my pick for a good burger and a cold one.

First time visitor, staff was very nice but our waiter disappeared during most of the time. The breakfast was horrible I wasn't impressed not one bit! According to other reviews the burgers are their specialty and thats what we should've ordered. The eggs were terrible, the house potatoes weren't cooked all the way through and it was bland. The biscuits and gravy was good. Towards the end we had to find another waiter just to get the check because ours was not around and we were the second couple in that entire establishment it was pretty empty. The pictures of the food looked amazing and I was super excited but its not as good as it looks. All in all I won't be going back for breakfast again.
