Lucky Dog - Fast food restaurant in Broadview - 1201 Cermak Rd, USA

I enjoy the quick service, with the upkeep of the restaurant being good. I Had ordered the hotdog and fries which totaled $5.06 before tax. Overall I give the Whole meal a 3/5 stars Reason being the hotdog was just above average compared to other Hotdogs I have tasted. Nevertheless the hotdog came with all fresh toppings and fresh bun, which was a plus for me, the fries was fresh also with a hint of salt which were above average, but lastly I would order again if this was the closest hotdog place around , it just wouldn't be my first choice

Stopped into this place yesterday 7-3-2023. always noticed it in passing and decided to give it a try, bad decision. I decided to buy the charbroiled chicken sandwich on a pita with sweet potato fries. The guy gives me my receipts, (short, young Hispanic guy) and I go and find myself a booth to sit at. As I am waiting I am noticing that it’s taking a really long time to be called for my food and I take a look at my receipt to find out that this guy charged me for a rib eye charbroiled steak. I go back to the count to let him know, he returns the steak purchase to my card and charges me again for the charbroiled chicken. Then he walks from the ordering counter to the pick up counter and grabs the steak order and pulls it off the counter, 3 minutes later they call my order out. I grab it and sit down to find out the sandwich barely has meat on it, and the $5.09 sweet potato fries can probably be counted the portion is so small. Keep in mind I have been waiting over half hour for this food only to be disappointed in the portions, I haven’t taste anything yet but the sweet potato fries have been refried and you can tell. I take the food back to the counter and tell the same guy that I want a refund because I have been waiting on this bs for over half an hour and this place can’t get orders right. The guy adds the food up no taxes and refunds that amount to my card. I tell him there is no way that I am going to allow him to not reimburse me the full purchase after this terrible service, then he blames the computer and laughs and says that it’s only 1.40 am I serious. I look him in his face and tell him I’m very serious, if he’s not so worried about 1.40 then he should have that same energy when it comes to collecting taxes on an order. Bottom line, this place is a scam, overcharges you for food, small portions, terrible service, and there is no remorse or apology given for their attitude or poor customer service.

Not many times you get a good feeling at a burger joint, the young man that helped us was 10/10, great customer service and friendly, food was great to and the atmosphere was very welcoming! We need more shops with good people like the staff that worked there last night. I'll be back for sure!

That's it! We are never buying here again. How is a gyro with everything dry? NO SAUCE. We paid for extra gyro sauce on the side and it was ranch dressing. We ordered cheese curds and got mozzarella sticks. I drove back for a refund but we will not be back

Some people like small and cozy others have agoraphobia. For me cozy is fine. I"m a sucker for Hot Dogs and fries. Polishes /w mustard and hot peppers/fries are super. Washed down with Diet Cola even better. Fall favorites.

The food is really good especially the cheeseburgers with fries(everything fresh). Not expensive at all. The service is excellent and they don’t rush you to order.

Average place for average fast food. The Italian beef meat was dry and overcooked. It's one of those places where if you're really hungry but don't want McDonald's then you settle for a place like this and eat because you need to eat.

Worst experience with customer service. The gyro is burnt and didn't taste good. I won't recommend...
