The service was EXCELLENT! I have been trying to get around to fixing my MacBook Air for almost ONE YEAR! lol I’m so glad I didn’t go to the Apple Store ! My computer was fixed in a timely fashion AND at a great price! I was more than happy to pay for the service ! Plus he was so sweet to my daughter ! I actually have more devices that need fixing and will definitely be bringing them by!!

This man is the worst computer repair person ever. I took the computer in to get the screen replaced and he tried to be slick and it looks like he tried to glue it back together and the entire Screen fell off. When I took it in he tried to charge me for another repair when in fact it was never fixed! He scammed me out of $200.00 #lucent # computers Do not do business here! The entire screen fell apart after a week which clearly meant he didn’t no how to fix it. 00000 Stars I’ll be posting this on all the social media sites as well!

This place was my saving grace!! I have a 2016 MacBook Pro that randomly started having multi colored lines throughout the screen. I originally took it to Apple and they recommended not fixing it due to its age or if I did want to fix it then it was going to be an absurd amount of money (just a way to make money no thanks Apple). With the care I know I have given this MacBook I believed it has much more life to it so I called around and finally landed on this place who had the most caring man who gave me great insight and information on the issue he worked diligently AND he charged half of what Apple was going to charge!! He also cleaned my whole computer which was amazing. Thank you!!! I will definitely be sending people who need any electronics fixed to him!

We are so grateful to have found Lucent Computer! Sam and Al are extremely professional and courteous! They gave us a very good price on the replacement of the battery for my MacBook Air, then they still went over and above to assist me with other improvements to the machine. Sam researched some special requests for me and communicated extremely well. This was all done efficiently and completed more quickly than promised. This place was my saving grace! Broke the screen on my MacBook and apple wanted more than twice what this place charges to fix it. Also, the man who I think owns it is absolutely lovely, very patient and kind. They finished my laptop even quicker than expected. Also, the store is great inside. Some very fun tech and decor, like the UV Light pen-sanitizing tray. You can just tell this is a business of passion with an intent to be fair and serve this community. Very rare find for any business these days. Something broken? Call them now. They also sell laptops at very competitive prices. Ok enough said. Just so glad this place exists in my community

Friendly service, competitive price, and fast turn-around times. I came in because my 13” MBP 2015 had a small issue with the keyboard. The process was very transparent. Al even told me about some corrosion in the internal parts of the laptop, which they cleaned up. Also about the battery. Don’t go to the Apple Store. Go here. Al is a pleasure to deal with. You can see the guys working in the back so you know you’re not dealing with a broker who’s outsourcing labor and upcharging the heck out of you.

I will not take my MacBook anywhere else! Al and the other staff at Lucent were able to fix my Mac for 1/3 of the price I was quoted at Apple after a really bad liquid spill and did an incredible job. They even threw in a set of free speakers. They are super nice, quick to respond with updates on their progress and honest. Don’t waste your time with apple and come straight here!
