Broth was a little oily, and a little more on the sweet side than I prefer. But overall not bad. Broth:Noodle:Toppings ratio was pretty good. The whole environment was PACKED! I don't think it was so much for the food, but the bar selection is pretty good! The environment is definitely more club like (loud music, loud people, very tight spaces), with a heavy red lighting all over. So it's nice to take friends out if you wanna' have fun, but not if you're looking for a deep philisophical conversation. Nice that they still have outdoor seating though!
This is a very popular spot in Portland downtown and almost always has a lineup. While sometimes the line may seem short, it could still be 10-15 minutes per group in front of you. At night, the place turns up the ambiance charm with cool lighting and it’s reminiscent of some of the old school Asian cities. I quite liked the feel. The food is more of a Vietnamese fusion style, but still very tasty. The combination bun (noodle dish) comes with one of everything, which is quite generous in portion. The pho is a tad on the salty side, but still tasty. They do have a full service bar so you can order more than just water, beer, and pop. Definitely a fun spot to check out at night or for a date night.
Pretty nice atmosphere inside, they do the standard order before you sit (they find you a place and won’t take your order if there isn’t a place for you to sit). Ordering is efficient. You have to get your own water and utensils. Food was quite good though my papaya salad was a tad too sweet for me. I would’ve liked a few more shrimp and perhaps rice crackers like they do in other Vietnamese places. But hey, that’s a personal thing. Service, as in checking on you about food or needs is non existent.
One of the best spots in Portland hands down. From location, to atmosphere, to food, they really hit the mark. All the staff were very helpful with menu recommendations, and the food was quite fast. The prices were reasonable, and the food was amazing. I highly recommenced this spot, especially if you’re visiting Portland!
This place is definitely worth stopping in! The food was great and the people were nice. It's not a typical sit down place; you order before you sit and gather your own cutlery and water. If you want to order more there's a QR code at your seat that you can scan. They get busy quick, so expect to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes. Their pork was great in both dishes we had. We sat at the bar and be aware the drinks they sell are small and they didn't seem to be filling them all the way.
Night club feel and open late. Are we in Saigon? Definitely unique with unique drinks to match. But the real draw is the food. Expertly done. This is the reason you go out…because you can’t make this at home! Had papaya salad—the best I’ve had, coconut curry, and Luc Lac steak. All excellent! The drinks were yummy and interesting. Only negative is the quality of the chairs. I almost fell over but that was because I leaned back to take a pic of the ceiling which is covered in umbrellas😆get a booth seat if possible.
Loved this place! Hip, downtown vibe. Pho had great flavor. Wine was on the table before I could grab utensils and sit down, with every table sat! Took one star off because the sugarcane shrimp was tepid. Couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be served hot and cooled off or cold and sat under a light. Also only two pieces for $9? Be do 4 for $15. Otherwise, I loved it and will def be back.
Enjoyed my lunch over at Luc Lac. The entrance is a little odd in that you need a table before going ahead and ordering. But the staff generally was helpful in finding us a spot even with a large group ahead. Interior decor is fun and lively, with good music selection, just probably not a place I would suggest for more than a casual meal. Food came out quickly and the portions were very strong for the price which is always a win in my book. Food overall was tasty, just nothing that was particularly a stand out compared to other Pho I’ve had in the area. All in all it was a nice meal but probably wouldn’t rush back.

LOVE this spot for a quick lunch bite. The staff is always smiling and helpful and the steaming hot bowls of pho come out quick! No frills just great deep flavor broth and tasty meats. Also try the lettuce wraps they have.
Delicious banh mi and Vietnamese snack shop in Portland. Their combination banh mi one of the best we found in the area and my partner loves their vegetarian banh mi, which rivals ones even from Westminster, LA. If you're not into banh mi's, this pl

We eat A LOT of pho and this is my husband's and son's favorite place so far. The broth is really rich and fresh, lots of fresh veggies. The waitress was super personable and attentive. We will be back again and again. ð¤
Food is amazing, drinks are great and the staff/bartender very nice people. The pot stickers and the steak bites are my favorite and the pork fried rice. Weekends they are suppppeeerrr busy but still worth it, I frequent this place as much as I can.
I love this spot. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Portland. The staff is always kind, and friendly. And the tunes are always on point. Pro tip: ask for sugar crunchies on your capp. You wonât regret it!
The cart weâve needed! Rich flavors with the creamiest mac n cheese and mashed potatoes (my fave). Donât sleep on the desserts either. Somehow tastes even better as leftovers!

Awesome facility and located 5 minutes away. It was easy to find, although I wish it had a Risio sign outside. Their website was nice to navigate through and book a drop in session. Margaret the owner communicates and follows through and she looks li
