Unit 7205 was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I needed a get away and this was perfect for me. The bed was extremely comfortable. Located close to the best shopping and food. What a beautiful little gem. 😊💙 Can't wait to go back.

We reserved an Airbnb in Luau tower 1. Room was in good shape and a comfortable size for 2 people. The location was amazing. Very easy walk to the beach (approx 4 mins) and you pass by inside restrooms, 2 pools, and 3 bars on the way there. The service workers in the beach were amazing. Only reason for 4 star is the age of the resort. You could tell the buildings were older, and while clean, they could use updates. Especially the beach house. Hot tub at the pool didn’t work, and the beach chair service and bars close at 5pm.

Upon arrival, the code to the room was not accurate. We called Vacasa multiple times whom could not locate the property manager Jaqueline. We were locked out of our room for TWO HOURS! If there is an issue like this, there should be a back up plan instead of solely relying on the property manager. What do you do in cases such as this? Seriously? I was hung up on via Vacasa and I had to call 4 times. Till finally someone called me back. THEN, I received a text from said property manager Jaqueline…..who gave me a completely different code to enter the room. Which worked. But, we had groceries that were ruined! 2 kids that were exhausted and upset, one child finally fell asleep in the hall upon waiting. Well, finally we called Jaqueline in the number she text from who was the ABSOLUTE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE person I’ve ever dealt with in regards to traveling. She literally LAUGHED AT US! Bc we were so upset and she stated she had a tooth pulled that day and apparently that is MORE IMPORTANT, than being locked out of our room for two hours with two kids, ruined groceries. I’m sorry but we drove 6hrs and had to wait in a hot hallway with children and groceries that were spoiled. I could care less about a tooth pulled. You take Motrin for that and go about your day. As someone who is in the dental field, it’s not that serious. Our vacation the first day was RUINED. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Bc the ‘property manager’ is apparently ran by a child who laughs at your issues. Instead of making it right and did not even apologize ONCE! Not to mention the room had an odd smell when the air was cut on. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t worry Jaqueline, we have the audio recording of the call of how ugly you were and also your phone number. You have also been reported to the higher up for Vacasa. I have EVERYTHING documented. BEWARE!!! The most upright unprofessional person and facility I’ve ever met. We also met a couple a few floors up who didn’t get into their room with the wrong code for FOUR HOURS!!! Disgusting how they treat people. But they’ll gladly take your money and not apologize nor make it right.

Great location. Not the best location at this resort. They need luggage dollies.

The unit 7002 is clean and new shower curtain. No welcome book in room so guidance was lacking in using wristbands and tram. No access to beach chairs or beach items like other rentals, very disappointed. Also only 3 towels for 5-day stay is ridiculous. In room amenities are nonexistent and underwhelming. No spare sheets or towels. Extra pillows and blanket in chest smell terrible. Thought there was stove/oven and washer/dryer in unit but wrong. Parking area and pay laundry area is dirty. Great view but would sacrifice for better in room amenities. Dishwashing supplies but no dishwasher. Unit lacking owner touches and obviously run by company. Better off finding other unit manger by owner.

First off you need to understand that this is not a hotel as such and every unit has a different owner, so this is why in the same building you will see very different rooms and experiences. I had a beautiful room with decent views from the 9th floor, booked through Sandestin Resort & Golf. The walk to the beach is short. The pool is very nice. The problem is that beach access is restricted so too many people are jammed in and the expensive resort chairs and umbrellas take up all the space. If you're not here for the golf I suspect that there are better options in the area.

There were 4 wrecks on the way there, then when I got there they told me I had reserved a bay view room with no balcony at 325 a night after tax, I told them I had reserved a beach front room and they said they had none available but I could pay to upgrade to a room closer, so I chose the closest one which was Luau tower 1 the lady told me it was a 1 minute walk to the beach ( I mapped it out and it was about 400 meters) only an Olympic athlete could make it there in a minute. When we got to the beach I thought the umbrella and chairs would be included, they weren't, an extra $55 to sit on an overly crowded beach. The "workout area" which was actually just a janitors closet with one cable machine and a couple treadmills was an accurate representation of the whole "resort". Overall, this was the worst condo/resort I've ever been to at a beach before and I've been to over 50.

Service was almost non existing as most of everything was self sufficient with codes to get to places. The people who were working there barely spoke to anyone. The few that did were friendly, however. It was a very short walk to the beach and it had many amenities that were great. The room was clean.
