LTD Brewing Co. - Brewery in Hopkins - 8 8th Ave N, USA

Really liked this brewery. The layout was fantastic. Lots of outdoor seating, both shaded and not. Inside the taproom was cozy. It's located in Downtown Hopkins, they don't have a ton of room, but they make it work. There is a good selection of beers. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But more importantly, they were personable and relatable. Even amidst the chaos of the Raspberry Parade they were getting beers to thirsty patrons! The patio and taproom is kid and dog friendly. If you haven't, check them out!

Hubby enjoyed the beer, they were super helpful in suggesting somewhere to eat. Highly recommend.

Some of the best local beer I’ve ever tasted!!! The staff are friendly, the service is fast, and the dog-friendly patio is great! I’ve been a fan since they opened and will continue coming by every time I’m in town!

Service 10/10. Great place, great vibes. BUT the beers were mid borderline bad. Here's my rating for each that I tried (I'm a heavy good person; not a fan of fruity): Sleep Walker Triple IPA: 3.5/10 -Simulation Theory Hazy IPA: 2.5/10 (Though -I'm a firm believer in the simulation hypothesis, this beer had bad fruity aftertaste) -Alter Hop IPA: 4/10 -The Stout is a Lie (Stout): 8/10 rating (from my buddy, I dont like stouts) -Cara Cara Orange IPA: 5/10 (If you like fruity IPAs this might resonate, but didn't do it for me :() ALL BEER IS SUBJECTIVE! This was just how I felt. Once again, service was incredible and great atmosphere, maybe just not for me

Love the variety, love the atmosphere. If you haven't been yet, go! If you haven't been lately, see what is new on tap! Good variety of IPA's, and as a stout lover, you won't be scared away by the Nightmare (straight up or coffee version!). Really close to great downtown Hopkins restaurants if you want to order in. Pub 819 is great, Tibetan place across the street is delish!

Loved this brewery! Cute place, plenty of room, and they have waitstaff that take your order. So no long lines at the bar.....well organized. But more importantly the beer is really good. Nightmare and the apricot were the favorite beers. I also tried the watermelon hard seltzer which was really good. Freshly popped popcorn is a nice touch, plus it keeps you thirsty. 😉 The beer is worth the visit! Easy parking with a parking lot across the street and street parking.
