Always love visiting Brosia Bowl for a healthy, delicious vegan meal! It is truly a diamond in the ruff for vegan/vegetarian (or just HEALTHY) options in Sioux Falls. I’ve tried many of the salads and bowls here and have loved them all. Very well sized portions- sure to fill you up. I only wish we could make it more frequently- the lunch-only (primarily) hours make it tricky to come when we don’t live downtown or lunch-out too often. Hopeful that this beautiful start up can one day offer dine-in restaurant seating and more hours. ❤️ Definitely make a point to come for lunch when you’re in the area, whether you’re plant based or not.
‘Brosia Bowl is my favorite place to have lunch in downtown Sioux Falls! The food is fresh, tasty, 100% vegan, and made with love by Darcy and her amazing team.
I went to Brosia on a Friday afternoon. Specifically, I ate the Tuscan Artichoke salad which had a nice Italian spice and vinegrette kick. I enjoyed the friendly service, fresh ingredients and well thought out salad combinations. Definitely one of the better healthy vegetarian/vegan options in Sioux Falls. The tables are nice to work at, and it was a pleasant spot to watch the rain outside. One area of improvement would be to include more dark green veggies such as spinach, arugula and kale, like Sweetgreen does in other cities.
Local company making non-meat meals. I love the burrito bowl and it's a great price. They also have a good truck that is convenient to grab food from at events.
First time eating 100% vegan. Had grill cheese & cup of butternut squash pureed soup! Was so good I had to take the pumpkin chili soup & butternut squash soup to go! You have to try this place!
This has been a fabulous place to dine and there is always amazing choices of food. My son LOVES their grilled cheese it’s his favorite thing on the menu and will happily choose it over any of the food options in the building. My favorite thing on the menu is definitely the Mediterranean Wrap - it has the most amazing kalimata olive hummus and veggies, I could eat it every week and be happy!
SO SO GOOD! The Thai Peanut Penne is one of my favorite fresh dishes from these wonderful humans! Please come visit them, there are plenty of options for any lover of food.
This place makes the best salads! If you’re vegan, here’s a place you want to frequent. If you’re not vegan you’re just simply going to love the great salads!! That’s all I’ve ever had because I’m in love with all the flavors added. And the dressings are to die for. When you’re downtown Sioux Falls you’ll find this in the Jones Building down by the Levitt. Sometimes I also find their food truck at the Farmers Market at the falls on Saturdays or at The Golf Addiction on Tuesday food truck night.
