DO NOT STAY Here. Management will take your money charge you twice for room that has one pillow and unsavory people walking around. It’s not worth not having a peace of mind and feeling safe. When i got here i had changed my mind then they acted like my card payment didn’t go through and told me I would have to pay cash when I went to withdraw the money they had conveniently taken out to two payments. When I went back to tell them all of a sudden it’s nothing they could do. Now it’s been a week for me to have to wait on them to return my money which should have been returned to my card today this happen Thursday now they saying 4 more days. They are liars. This place honestly needs to be torn down. Stay anywhere but here. Pay the deposit somewhere else!! M

Alicia the main house keeper and Courtney the morning time receptionist are both amazing. Me and my husband love them both. I am not going to put what happened just know these two lady went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

The hotel is so run down and disgusting. I should have known when guests of the hotel were not allowed in the lobby that something was up. You had to speak through a security window as if you were at a check cashing place in the hood. We got our room keys and the elevator was broken. No sign or anything, it just doesn’t come. Then there is a sign over the stairs that reads, “CAUTION!!! DO NOT USE STAIRWELL! IF THIS NOTICE IS REMOVED, YOUR STAY WILL NOT BE EXTENDED! Management”. So BOTH the elevator and the stairs are broken and you give us two rooms on the 4th floor? The flower pot filled with weeds by the elevator looked like someone had peed in it. It smelled like someone had peed in it. We got to our rooms, there was a carry on left in my 82 year old mother’s room and in my room there was a carry on, a handbag with a wallet in it, a bag of various candies, some half eaten, a dress hanging up and a full medicine bottle by the purse. So I go back down the rusted out stairs of death – one step was a wooden plank - and tell them. They just come the climb at your own risk stairs and remove the stuff. I asked if the room had been cleaned and he said, “Yes. You can see the bed is made up.” WTF? The one pillow was a throw pillow stuffed inside a regular size pillowcase. The bed was a full, not a queen. I sat down on the foot of the bed in the center and it sank halfway down. The sink had used soap on it along with the soap wrapper. I booked a different hotel and turned my keys in to the front desk. When I was standing at the check cashing counter, another guest came up pissed and asked for sheets without holes in them. I asked for a refund. I hadn’t even been there an hour. They said I had to call Expedia. I knew that $652 was gone. I call Expedia and they said they have to call the hotel and ask them. Of course they said no. Please make a different choice. Do NOT stay at Loyalty Inn in Tallahassee. I did not feel safe. It did not feel clean enough to even wash your hands.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Unsavory people in parking lot all night. Roaches in room, holes in walls, no remote for TV, one pillow for 2 people, several lights didn’t work, pool dirty and broken, staff didn’t answer when called twice. No fridge, no microwave, no cups or bucket for ice, no trash can in room. Noisey at night. My husband and I slept in shifts to watch the vehicle since we felt unsafe.

Alicia is one of the sweetest down to earth she makes sure you are satisfied with your stay and goes way and beyond to make sure customers are happy. And one of the hardest workers i've ever seen at a hotel. Everyone is family oriented. !!:)

Nice place , now new people working ,rooms are clean and they have security around and its safe place to stay with this new people . The manager don't tolerate any nonsense around .

The best hotel and good General manager they have . Clean rooms . If you lack anything all we need is approch their gm that's it and he doesn't like anyone hang around

It's great location, everything is near by ,the bus system is very near as well Walmart,dollar tree , Walgreens and everything is very convenient. Good manager Britton , he keeps rooms and property very clean .
