Loyalty Inn Maryville - Hotel in Maryville - 2701 Maryville Rd, USA

OMG DON'T STAY HERE!!! I was promised a room with a king size bed, and I got a twin size bed. The sink did not work. The AC barely worked. The door SOMETIMES locked, not always, and I needed a person from the front office to open my door. They didn't even give me a key! Oh yeah, and they never refunded my deposit. Why did I stay? Well, I was desperate! I learned from my mistake. There does not seem to be a corporate office to complain to in order to get my refund, but I am currently contacting the local authorities to get assistance. Location is good and that's the only positive thing I can say about this place.

Since new management things have changed so much since last year. Bad reviews and stars from a year ago with the old management are now irrelevant compared to new management in 2024. New management is working really hard to fix up and make this a better place. New management very nice. Clean rooms. They address any concerns whenever you ask. They are really invested and trying very hard to make this a better hotel than it used to be and it's working. I have a lot of faith in this place now and would recommend to friends and others. 5 stars for sure. Location convenient too because it's right on the border of both Collinsville and Maryville. On one end you have collinsville and the other Maryville. Both amazing towns with many things to do and stores etc..

We booked through Expedia and I left a negative review there as well. They should really not be associated with this place. It is the second worst place I ever booked just with on-line searches. The place smelled of mold, the plastic side of the curtains were pealing, behind the bathroom door there was debris and dead bugs on the floor. Luckily I did not recognize any of the bugs! We did not stay. Then later we found out the people at Loyalty double charged us and we just got our money back today through Expedia. We called Loyalty, they said they would get back to us, and they never did. Stay away from this place.

I am not sure how the rooms looked prior to February 1st 2024, but I can assure anyone thinking about staying that things have changed. The rooms are properly cleaned and all rooms have towels, soap, etc provided in them also with freshly clean made beds. The hotel can definitely use some work.. but the guy who runs the hotel his name is Mike and he is actually doing a lot of things differently. Also, animals are allowed as long as you let them know upon checking in. They don't have an ice machine so if you need ice you can go to the front desk and ask for some. They also have cans of soda available for purchase. There is one coin operated washer and one coin operated dryer. Cost $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. Don't let these bad reviews keep you from checking it out for yourself. It's a cheap affordable place to stay and it's right off the highway.

They are not!!! kids family my son and daughter in law with there for my twins grandkids birthday. I drive there to meet them when they told someone complete about the kids making noise they are 2-5 year old kids are going to make noise 😡😡 the nerve of them to say they may have to may have to leave if they don't keep the noise down. they are so lucky that I was not there how rude could you be so if you have any kids or any family reunions or you have to bring your kids and you may want to stay there you should think about it. PS my son was going to leave but thet was not going to refund the money they that only the stayed.

Ummmmm I'm here right now. So, I'm just going to say this. I just got this room today and it's mold on the ceiling in the bathroom it stinks in here I had to fresh the place up with bleach and pinsol. These people that's posting good reviews about this place is lying and they know it. These got to be the ppl that actually live here saying all these good reviews. Ain't no damn way. This place don't even deserve a star 🌟 that's my opinion on that but yall have a bless day

Sheets had blood on them,loose pills on the floor,mold/mildew smell carpet was damp. We walked out,will not return.

It REALLY is that bad! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
