Almost 52 and in the best shape of my life, thanks to the fantastic trainers at Loyalty Fitness! They are knowledgeable, fun to work with, and extremely supportive in helping you reach your personal fitness goals. The facility is clean, the hours are flexible to work with my schedule, and my sessions always start on time. Whether you are a beginner or experienced with resistance training, I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Loyalty Fitness! I’m so, so glad I’ve joined. I’ve not only noticed differences in my strength and muscle tone, but I enjoy the workouts and the super slow method! And most of all, the workout is so doable and easy to fit into your schedule. 30 minutes, twice a week. And I live the 1:1 personalized attention. I’ve struggled with so many other exercise regimens, but I’m sticking with this. I can’t recommend it highly enough! It's been 8 months now and I'm still going strong!

Great training and fun experience! My husband and I started with Loyalty a year ago. We were looking for private training in a safe environment. We could not be happier with Mindy and the entire Loyalty Fitness team. They hold us accountable but make it a fun workout. Our strength and muscle tone have increased. It was one of our best decisions towards our overall health. We recommend it for any fitness level, or age. They are amazing!

This year I am grateful for LF, Mindy and her team, especially my trainer Lisa. I ❤️ my trainer so much! I am in CA and have been doing virtual personal training sessions. Lisa keeps my workouts short and sweet and packed with power! She pays attention to my form and makes sure I'm not going to hurt myself. As a beginner with hand weights and as someone who always just did cardio, I was nervous (I’m also super lazy) but now I look forward to my training time and I even started doing some things at home on my own. Lisa also has me looking forward to getting stronger and I can't wait to use the new larger kettle bell I got as an early Christmas present 😊 ! If you’re lazy like me and you’d rather do anything else than work out, try LF, they will have you excited about your fitness in no-time.

After years of putting my children and everyone else first I finally decided to make myself and my health a priority and started at Loyalty Fitness. I not only feel stronger physically but mentally as well. I have more energy and leave my sessions in a happy, good mood. Lisa my trainer is awesome and we chat throughout the workout making time go fast and fun. I highly recommend Loyalty Fitness!

I struggled with maintaining a consistent workout regimen especially given my variable work hours, so I realized that I needed a trainer, with a flexible schedule, to both keep me accountable and show me the ropes around a gym-- I am SO happy that I found Loyalty Fitness and have been with them since March 2021 (about seven months)! Lisa and Mindy are the best trainers I could've asked for, I love working out at the Syosset location (1:1, private setting), and I have visible results from weekly sessions of the super-slow strength training method. I highly recommend Loyalty Fitness!

I absolutely LOVE loyalty fitness!! I started going to loyalty fitness in February and I've always had trouble being consistent with a gym until now. I have seen amazing results, I am so happy with the way I look, and the muscle I've gained. All of the trainers are amazing. They are very helpful, push you to your fullest potential and individualize the workout to best suit your needs. I can't say enough great things. I have worked with Mindy, Lisa, and Erin and they are all amazing. Erin is my new trainer and she is great. She changes things up all the time, which I love, and I always leave feeling like I got an amazing workout!

The one-on-one personal training sessions are awesome! Mindy, Lisa and Erin are so knowledgeable about strength training and fitness, and they are constantly motivating me to do my best. The strength training program is personalized to my fitness goals and they make working out fun again.
