I'm thinking that they work on commission, a little overly helpful. Be prepared to talk candidly about anything from giant dildoes to butt plugs, but all in all a good experience. There's a large selection of just about anything you might be looking for, but bring your money because these toys aren't cheap!

CHEAPY OUTFITS, NO REAL SELECTION, OVERPRICED, STAFF LIES, SPENT 180 BUCKS. was told I could have 30 days to return a non worn, BUT tried on outfit. I went into a store that was closer than the one I purchased at they declines so I went to Renton store where I purchased it originally and on my way there I called and the lady who rung me up said, "yea I remember you come on in." Upon my arrival she stated before even looking at them they smelled like cigarettes. I DONT smoke..... SO riddle me that?

Super helpful staff and very broad and organized selection. Parking is a plenty too. They do not offer refunds so do your homework before you go. They lady tried to get me to buy higher end products and I kind of wish I did now! Fun date night idea:)

Staff is great, Hannah in particular helped us and was wonderful. Vibration was a little weak on what we purchased but appreciated the in-depth knowledge on things!

Literally bought my item at 7:12 & noticed I grabbed the 2xl not the xl & I am still not able to exchange even though it’s been an hour & just noticed the second item is defective. Awesome.

Great store, helpful staff, good selection. I really liked the second floor they used to have with lots of additional items of interest and art pieces, but the smaller store is still great.

The main worker here is very rude and aggressive. I had to ask her why she was being aggressive to me because it was actually insane.
