Steve White, of Love My Home Services, provided a wonderful education, price and service for our water filtration. He is not “eager to sell”. He never pushed the big, “everything you can get” system. Once he found out our needs, he came up with a great system at an affordable price for us. In a couple of days, the technician, Henry came and installed it. He was polite, professional, and fast. The water tastes great and we highly recommend Love My Home Services.

Steve and the installation tech were very knowledgeable and explained everything so you could understand! It’s been 4 days and I can already tell a difference with my water! My home services were to start. Steve first off came out and spent extra time with us. Not only did he test water and explain his services. He took the time to explain everything to us. He was never pushy our anything. Price for the system was in my ball park of pricing. I looked previously from meeting him. And had quotes for 7-10k and me not even knowing what I actually needed. He helped us build the system we needed and wanted. For water issues call these guys he went above and beyond for the install and even showed up himself to make sure I was happy with everything.

Thank you so much for our clean water! We could tell a difference on day one. :) For anyone ready this review. We reached out to Steve because we were looking for a good water softener and purification system. We live in Longwood and the water is very hard and filled with other stuff that is not good for you. To his surprise, we have 5 unmarked glasses for him to test. 1 for our home, 2 plastic water bottle companies, 1 Glass water bottle company and then water that we filtered through our berkey water filtration system. Steve was able to quickly identify our tap water but still tested the others. Our tap water was worse than any of them and the berkey was actually worse than our tap water. He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us a great price. He had it installed quickly and we can tell an instant difference in the softness of the water when showering and doing dishes. Also the purified water taste better as well. I really appreciate your help and time. Thanks!!

This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The customer service sucks, the products suck. The water system breaks every couple of days, then once serviced it breaks again. When I told the owner his system failed again and my water was Orange and I did want my new born baby bathing in it, he didn’t care. When I asked for a refund because the equipment he sold me never worked he cursed at me! Do your self a favor and find another company!
