Louisiana Cajun Mansion Bed and Breakfast - Bed & breakfast in Youngsville - 4304 Decon Rd, USA

We loved staying at the Cajun Mansion!!! Everyone was so lovely, friendly, accommodating and we absolutely loved the entire weekend! We were in the Bayou room and it was incredibly comfortable, especially since we are northerners not experienced with the southern heat! The breakfast was so delicious every morning (I will come back for the grits!!!) This was our first time in Louisiana and we felt so welcomed with all the suggestions on food, entertainment and our needs. Thank you to everyone for making it such a wonderful vacation for us! Cajun Mansion is a fantastic getaway. The staff are great. The food is fabulous. They go out of the way to make your stay enjoyable, but also give you privacy. Beautiful grounds to walk if you choose and lovely home away from home.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the property is peaceful, beautiful and quiet! It was everything we wanted! We were looking for a place off of the main highway and we found this one, Louisiana Cajun Mansion. It is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The Cajun breakfast was very good too. the only downside was the town being so small the dining options were limited. But I would stay again if I’m in the area. The staff was great and extremely nice.

Fantastic place to stay! The grounds and rooms are lovely, the staff is super friendly, the food was wonderful, and the location was so convenient. We had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

Wow! This place is phenomenal! I recently hosted a tea party/baby shower for my niece. It turned out beyond my expectations! From the beginning to the end the staff made it so easy and stress-free, I highly recommend this venue! Lori D.

Any sense of comfort went out the window early on because of how small the property is. The fact they are an event center made each morning loud. Throughout the day was very difficult and crowded while accessing rooms and the quoted “amenities” they have. Made me feel as if the room was the only place to hang out throughout my stay. Yet, thin walls made the room uncomfortable as well. Staff treated me as if I was just in the way of the events going on. Management seemed to not care about the residents and was very rude. Was asked to let the staff know the day before if I’d be at breakfast. Woke up at 8am and waited 30min in an empty house till I decided to go back to bed. Condescending remarks and lack of the “luxury feel” make this hotel far from 4 stars and not at all worth the money. Upon checkout management blamed me for my bad stay and room problems. Over all in Lafayette southern hospitality was felt but sadly not at this bed and breakfast. Hope this helps. Cheers!

I give the Louisiana Cajun Mansion 5 stars! I'm not one to really write reviews but I thought this quiet little mansion deserved some recognition! The staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable and it was conveniently located close to local restaurants and some cute shops! They even had a book in the room with suggestions for day trips!
