I recently experienced a noxious odor inside my SUV for about a week, and despite various efforts, Lotte was the one to identify and resolve the issue. I had been enduring a tough time for the past week, even considering selling my car, so I couldn't help but appreciate their professionalism. Initially expecting a minimum of $800, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they resolved it much easier and only charged $200. They are truly conscientious! As a result, I've decided to switch to Lotte Auto Body & Repair Shop, despite having been with another body shop for over 10 years. I had sought help from multiple places, including my previous body shop, to no avail. What better reason to make the switch? Highly recommended!!

The Lotte guys been nothing but great for the last three years for me. Also in a such a densely Korean populated area Alan's fluency in english has been a saving grace for me. I am forever thankful!!! i was skeptical at first, this was my first car accident, so I didn’t know who to go to. But now I know I’ll come here for any repairs or issues I have with my car. I had gotten into an accident, and I needed some body work done, and some of the electrical was messed up from the accident. They fixed everything and more in about a week!! I had a dent on the right side of my car I had gotten awhile back from hitting something that I almost completely forgot about. They also had fixed that free of charge!!! My car looks brand new. The car seems to be driving very well, I have no issues thus far. But it’s amazing how fast they worked, and the extra work they did on my car. The paint job looks phenomenal. I’ll definitely recommend this place, and refer anyone I know. I am Posting before and after pictures. He said they also cleaned it but trucks kept driving by and picking up dirt. So pics might look a bit dusty. but It looks brand new!! I’m super impressed and thankful. They have a good team!!

The best service I have ever experienced throughout here and Korea. The manager is very professional and diligent in processing insurance claims and repairs. He knows what it means by "listening to customer & serve customer". I would highly recommend and also like to thank again those who worked for my case so hard.

This is one of the reliable auto repair shops in NJ. I have been here for 7 years. I'm coming from Essex County. It's very simple. They don't lie and try to make money in an illegal way. If they can, they say they can do it. If they can not, they say they can not do it. I always save money when I come here. I strongly recommend this shop if you need one.
