This place should be called Lost customer service. Upon walking in I couldn't see the menu and the two cashiers didn't greet me or assist me, we had to ask for guidance. As an out of towner, and first time customer, my husband swore by this place. However, I got a rude surprise, has the management changed? There was a huge lack of enthusiasm and a huge attitude from the stack. I should have just gone to Little Cesar's for a cheap Hot N Ready for $5. I probably won't come back here, I will drive to Grenada and try that one.

Talk about false advertisement they show you a picture of a Chicago deep dish but they serve you a pan pizza then the manager will argue with you that this is a corporate picture and they never serve that when you show her the picture off their address on Google she will call you on it saying that I don't know where you got if you showed a picture of she will even get more mad one thing is for sure my company will not go back there.

Just to let you know, this will be a very detailed review. I came here with my wife on recommendation on April 24th 2022 at 2 pm and there were only two other groups there at the restaurant with me. One group had two adults and two kids, and the other just two adults. Just setting the Scene so you get a better understanding of my review. I am not speaking for all locations but this one is TERRIBLE. Now I want to be clear that the food and service is terrible. In terms of the service, the attitude of the server, and I say server because there was only one person at the register and she was distributing the food, was very nice. This restaurant has a terrible set up for ordering food. It has starters, pizza, desserts, pastas and such. For a menu like that, you should have a server taking orders at the table, not at a register. We ordered the BBQ nachos, the garlic bread, a medium custom thin crust veggie and a regular medium hot chick pizza. For the amount of money they charge, they didn't even have everything on their menu. If you offer something anymore or choose not to have an option that the other locations offer, take it off your online menu. One of the things they said they didn't have anymore was pesto sauce base, which is one of the reasons I chose this restaurant as it is a favorite of my wife's. When we were ordering at the register, is a terrible set up for this type of restaurant because what I feared would happen with our food actually did happen. in my request for our food order, I asked them to please bring out the bread sticks and nachos as soon as they were ready, and then to please bring out the pizza a little later. That is how starters and the main course works at any restaurant, so the food can be enjoyed hot and fresh. That is not what happened. Almost 25 to 30 min later, they brought all the food out at once. Because they waited to bring everything out at one time, instead of bring it as it was ready, the garlic bread and nachos came out cold. The Garlic bread was basically a bread sticks with a little bit of parmesan and Italian seasoning. No garlic at all. I don't even know why that was in the name. The marinara sauce that comes with it is a bit bland as well. Definitely can benefit from some additional seasoning. The Nachos came out cold, soggy, and was difficult to eat. Chips were like the Mexican chips you get at a sit down type restaurant. You can tell they were sitting there for a while because the chips were all soggy from sitting in the cheese sauce. Also the shredded pork for the nachos was just one big piece of pork. Shredded pork for nachos should break apart easy, but I hat to CUT into the entire plate with a fork and knife just to be able to eat at it. It was more like pork with BBQ sauce with a side of chips and cheese. Stilly soggy. As for the pizza, my wife ordered a thin crust custom medium veggie pizza with mushrooms, black olives, green pepper, roasted red peppers, jalapenos, and some banana peppers. She really wanted that pesto base, but went with the marinara because they did not have it. I could tell when she ate it, she wasn't satisfied with it. And I say satisfied because she said there was not anything wrong with the pizza, but it was lacking in taste. That feeling you get when you you bite into some really good pizza. I ordered the medium Hot chick pizza. To many things wrong with this one. This pizza missed all of its marks. The homemade ranch sauce base was barely there, making the pizza a bit dry, the pizza crust definitely needed to be cooked longer because it was very doughy, like it wasn't cooked long enough. There was also no buffalo sauce on the pizza. I ordered jalapeno and roasted garlic on the pizza as well, which helped add some flavor to an otherwise bland pizza Cost was over $70 for these items. Will not be back here and will have to let my friends know as well. Sal and Mookies is a much much better dining experience with the same cost. I recommend anyone looking for a good experience to go there instead. Atleast until they address these issues

First time visiting this establishment. Went early on so no wait. Ordered our pizza and it came to the table in what felt like 10 minutes. It was so fresh and very delicious. I don't know what kind of cheese they use but it's the real deal. You really get your bang for your buck. I will visit this place in the near feature for some great pizza

Called in an order, was told 25 minutes and was okay with that 45 minutes later finally got a a text 45 minutes later. We didn’t look at the pizza at the restaurant which is on us, but 12 pepperoni on a large pizza really. And not sure who taught the person who cut our pizza but I am sure they need more help. I did try and call the restaurant four times once we noticed how the pizza looked and the shortage of toppings, but funny thing they never answered our call. I called four or five times!! Guess I will call their corporate office today.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We didn’t get a pizza we ordered, we told them, still didn’t get it. I walked up and requested to get it in a to go box. They finally brought it to us in the to go box… no apology no words at all actually. Just placed it on our table and walked away. The cooks were so loud that we could hear their entire conversations, that were inappropriate and filled with cuss words. Terrible experience.

Waited over 1 hour for our pizza. People that ordered after us started getting their pizzas. So we asked about it and they said our pizza was coming. No apology or anything. Pizza came about 20 minutes after asking about our order and it was the wrong pizza. Since at that point we had already waited for 1.5 hours, we asked for a refund. They gave it to us but no apology. Won’t be coming back here. Lost pizza needs to get lost.

Lost Pizza Co. in Ridgeland was a fantastic place for a quick bite. The Cashier/host answered our questions since it was our first visit. We grabbed 2 items from the menu: We got the Lucille pizza [we trimmed the tomatoes and added pineapple] and Fried Ravioli. My only wish was if they carried Coke Zero or a Zero sugar soda [Diet coke is just terrible], but oh well it's a very minor issue. I snap a photo of the dining room, our pizza, and ravioli.
