Losanti - Steak house in Cincinnati - 1401 Race St, USA

Losanti was another hit on our tour of awesome Cincinnati restaurants! My wife and I are fortunate to be able to share our experience with another couple, from which the husband is a chef himself. So our dining experiences are pretty amazing and educational. We had such a great time here! The atmosphere was great and the food was better. We started by ordering a drink at the bar but we’re able to be seated early for our reservations. We ordered most of the menu so that we could all try some different things and get the full experience. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back to enjoy another amazing time!!

This was an excellent dining experience at the end of Washington Park. Everything about the dinner was perfect - with the outdoor seating that has heaters, we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The waiter, Corey, was very hospitable and made us feel welcomed and cared for. I could tell the staff worked well together and had great positive attitudes. The food was delectable and fresh, cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back in the future. 🙂

Food was definitely good, service was a tad slow but that's fine it was a random Thursday and they were packed and I'm pretty sure only one bartender was working. The drinks were still tasty tho. There is a minimum on the NY Strip and filet to that I wish they would put on the menu because I went in wanting one thing and decide to order differently because I just don't need a 12 oz steak 🤷 other than that everything was tasty and well made. Also the butter cake is an absolute must if you go in for anything make it the butter cake lol

Wow Olivia!! This was our waitress. This one has all the right stuff. Great explanation of what we were about to receive. First off the drinks amazing, then the appetizers and just wow, next we were off to the main dish. Due to her experience,excellent choices were made. The 17oz ribeye for me, truffle spaghetti the greatest, grilled broccoli, corn that was so good had to have some for take home. Then to finish off the dinner experience came the cake. You just need to get it. I leave it right there. Please if possible and your looking for a great meal and experience this is your place. Don’t forget the wine. I would choose the one pictured.

Losanti was a perfect experience, the service impeccable, the food- chefs kiss. You’d miss the place if you didn’t know it was there, especially in the winter months when the patio isn’t open. Inconspicuous on the outside, stunning on the inside. Sitting right next to Cincinnati Music Hall, across the street from Washington Park on Race Street. Chef Anthony Sitek knows what he’s doing. Everything and I mean everything is made fresh in-house daily. Even down to the butchering of the steaks. Just impressive. Oh, and the portion sizes are sharing size. Must knows: it’s a small place, they don’t take parties of 6 or more. It’s really not a dining experience for younger kiddos. Must try’s: Burrata- with pistachios, golden raisins, basil. The only problem is, after the first bite, I didn’t want to share! Truffle pasta- Smooth and creamy truffle deliciousness. Brussels sprouts- pickled onions, pancetta, golden raisins. Frenched pork Parmesan- phenomenal crunch, flavorful. Bolognese- Sauce was on sweeter-side, pasta prepared to perfection.

The pasta was really good, highly recommend! We sat outside which was much quieter than inside which we liked. We got the butter cake to go and it was DELICIOUS but does have to be eaten the same day or it's not as good.

Overall, the food was delicious, but service was not up to par. Our server had mid service episode and needed a fill in support person Lamb chops were not available even though they were on the menu and was not informed they were not available upon arrival. Should have been informed when seated considering this was the dish that drew us in Service wasn't as prompt as it could have been but the drinks were delicious. The filet was perfectly cooked at medium rare, won't hold the lack luster service against the establishment, and will consider returning again Recommend offering creme brulee as a desert if you want to compete in the market at these prices

By far the best meal I have had in a very long time. Depth of flavor was tremendous. Sides mixed well with a perfectly cooked steak. Service was awesome with a team service approach. Very well trained staff. If this place is a secret it won't be for long. What a great night and Thank you for making it a perfect night!❤️ Amber was awesome.
