First time customer, I was excited to try their food. I ordered $40 worth of food for takeout paid for the food and after I paid I asked if there was hot sauce in the bag. So I ask for some hot sauce and they gave me a little tiny cup I ask for more hot sauce The cashier was about to hand me some more hot sauce, when the so-called manager that went by the name JUAN told the cashier to charge me $.35 for each hot sauce She was giving me I asked the manager why would you charge me for a little bit of hot sauce if you have it free on every table and he said that that was the owners orders to charge for the hot sauce And he was rude, in his manner of saying it so I told him do you rather lose a sale for a little bit of hot sauce and he said definitely yes, this person JUAN is pretentious and don’t care about the customer. His motto is the customer is wrong I am right. So I asked him to void my credit card because I wasn’t taking the food And that I was gonna be writing a review JUAN responded that he really didn’t care

Good food. I recommend it to eat maybe lunch. The prices are acceptable. Their sauces are delicious.

I placed an order to go but when I arrived to this location the staff received me with such a warm welcome that I reconsidered and ate my food at the restaurant. Great food, music and atmosphere 10/10

Service was good but when I got my corn cake with shredded meat it was kinda cold inside but the rest was good.

This is always a great place to go. Servers are amazing, courteous, friendly and attentive. The menu options have added new dishes from other countries so they are catering to a wider clientele. Price is what's expected. Parking should not be an issue because of the shopping Mall public parking is ample, still might need to walk a bit, but that's healthy. Highly recommended.

It would have five stars if there was a changing table to babies, that makes me feel like its not a family friendly location. Other than that the food tastes good and the service is okay.

"Just Sauce It" as a slogan on your paper bags is a false advertisement. Either train your staff properly or edit your website to reflect your pick-up orders. I shouldn't have to have an uncomfortable encounter with the staff handing me my food because they don't want to give me the sauce and lime that is included when ordering an empanada. Even after reading the receipt to the employee, she insisted on charging me extra for it. The $0.35 is not the issue at hand, but the fact that it's an ongoing issue with the restaurant when picking up an order. In case you forgot you have sauce bottles at each table, last time I checked employees are not counting how many times someone sauces their meal. If the restaurant would limit the amount of mistakes when picking up food I wouldn't have to triple-check before leaving and having a dispute over a missing item.

This place is a diamond in the rough. The burgers are excellent honestly in my top 5 best burgers I’ve ever had! Pretty good appetizers as well. Excellent staff and service! Definitely my go to place.
