Amazing! Fun! Lots of vendors including local farmers selling their delicious fruits & veggies! The food vendors include pastries, waffles, lemonade, breakfast pizza, cookies and made from scratch tomato 🍅 sauce! Have you been to the l9s ranchos growers market? If not You should make it a point to add this to your Saturday to-do list. The los ranchos grower's market runs through November each Saturday from 8am to 11am!
Beautiful morning for shopping fresh produce from local fammers. We walked through all of the stalls and loaded up on veggies and fruit. My daughter-in-law bought some fresh made pasty and homemade pasta. Our friend bought a wonderful made walking stick. Who knows what great things you can find here unless you go Saturday morning? Yes, we got our green chilie, too!
This is a nice local growers market in the wonderful Los Ranchos area of Albuquerque. Fresh local produce, dog treats, jerky, and baked goods. Arts and crafts for sale as well. Live music most weekends. Nice vibe, wonderful people... Dog friendly. Highly recommended!
Wonderful vendors, produce & & other market items
It's a small market but with a great variety and even greater people. I get something from pretty much every vendor. They have live music that play and sing well and will even take requests. I like the mix of market, vendors, arts and crafts and food trucks. There is a huge open field of grass right next door that the kids love, a shady playground, tennis and racquetball courts and bathrooms! I don't mind the size because everything else makes up for it. :-)
I wish more things like this happened more often and in more places. Growing your own food is such a joy. Anything you could imagine was available to grow in your garden as well as many local products to enjoy. It blew my mind the lady that had 65 varieties of tomatoes started for you to put in your garden.
Always a great time when I come here especially during Lavender Fest! I need to start saving for next year's expenses already! lol
But so well worth the short trip here.
