Los Lagos was absolutely wonderful and the staff was amazing. These were the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at any lodging anywhere. We did have to call to get the water heater turned up as the water was only warm. Austin came within minutes and got it sorted. Front office texted every day to be sure everything was good and if we needed anything. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was really two apartments with an a joining door. Our friend who stayed in that room really liked having her own space. We went in January and it was raining and cold the whole time, but I am sure this place is absolutely beautiful in the summer with many activities.

We had a great one week stay. The village offers so many things to do. Great walking trails and beautiful lakes. The condo was nice. The living room furniture could be updated. The sofa and recliner were pretty worn out. My husband had a hard time getting off of them. Otherwise it was a great place to stay in a nice location.

Easy check-in process. Communication was easy via text if we had questions or concerns. Very clean condo. It was a little difficult finding our unit in the dark, but quick responses from the office staff were helpful after our 14-hour drive from Ohio for a wedding. I would warn about the bugs. My husband ended up with a tick on him, so be weary of the wooded areas. Would 100% stay again if in the area. Very lovely gated community.

The rooms are always really clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Has a great view of the lake. It’s a place to regularly go!|Rooms are about 15 miles from Hot Springs but it is a beautiful drive!

Spacious rooms in older resort. Perfect for visiting friends in Hot Springs Village. If you are looking for lots of activities for a family, this is not the place for you. But if you want a quiet place to come home to at the end of the day after visiting the only National Park that includes a city, this is perfect. The living area, bathrooms and bedrooms are huge. We had an AB unit which included to bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens.

Just checked in last night. Very outdated. VCR really where do I get these at? Can't even cast to this old tv. Bathroom is clean the rest of the place was covered in dust and long hair. Cob webs on ceiling and pictures. Fireplace and dryer broken. Can hear the next door group very loud.

Great value and exceptional views! The only slight downside is the food at the restaurants. Nothing terrible, just left a lot to be desired. The breakfast buffet however was, was decent. I am celiac and the gluten free options were decent.

Long weekend golf trip to the Village. First time staying at Los Lagos. Room was clean and comfortable, but dated. Think 1990's. Kitchen was serviceable, however it had well used pots, pans and utensils. The blinds in our unit were beat up, and we could not get one of our bedroom windows to open. The building itself is nice, but we could hear all our neighbors-Not all the time, but more than we liked. TV was dated as was the DVD/VHS player (1990's). WiFi was fine and did support a video call. We did walk to the Wine Down Pub for dinner and drinks-that was fun. Nice place to stay at, but nothing special until it gets updated.
