Food, service and atmosphere were amazing. My husband and I came here for dinner and everything was fresh. We ordered the guacamole, enchiladas verdes and Mexican tea and it was delicious. There was a creamy chili type sauce that came out with the chips that was super yummy. Our waitress was Candy and she was on point, absolutely amazing. All the staff were very friendly and we will definitely be coming back soon.

This will be our new go to place. They don't have a huge menu, but that's fine with us. The food was great, the service was great. The drinks were yummy. We had no complaints. I liked that added touch of the beans with the grated cheese brought with the chips and salsa. It was small, but good, I think I had two bites before my husband devoured it. My husband also said that their california burrito is an actual california burrito, pictures as proof. The prices are not bad as well. There was four of us with meals, and 3 of us had a margarito each, with tip, I believe it was under $60. Definitley worth a shot if you want to try something new.

Authentic Mexican Food. Hands down, one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to in quite sometime. Glad to see the Peninsula is getting some restaurants with amazing food. My wife ordered the Carne Asada Tacos and I ordered the Birria Tacos with Broth. In my opinion, if you get Birria Tacos it needs to be with the broth. The flavor takes it to another level. For dessert, we each had our own order of Churros. They come covered in cinnamon sugar. You also can ask for different drizzles, such as, chocolate, sweetened and condensed milk. Dulce de Leche, and others. The service here was memorable. The staff is super friendly and offers great recommendations on what we may want to consider in the future. The ambiance of the restaurant feels authentic and when you visit it may look/feel like another restaurant used to be there and there was...a Hardee's. However, as a newer restaurant you can tell they are looking to grow and are enthusiastic about it. I look forward to coming here again soon! P.S. they have karaoke Fridays nights :)

My family and I have dined at Los Compadres two times now and both times everything too to bottom has been exceptional!! Kayla our server both times was amazing and provided great service. Rick who I assume is the manager was so helpful to us on both visits coming to visit our table and answering any questions we had about the menu and making some great recommendations. On our first visit I had the Burrito El Luchador which is essentially a try California burrito with shrimp added to it. It was AMAZING!!! My wife had the Fajitas Texanos which were also delicious! On our second visit I had the Carnitas burrito which was again just an absolute pleasure to eat. My wife had rolled tacos that were crispy and delicious. Both times my kids had the kids quesadilla with steak and well it's a good quesadilla. Edgar the owner also came to visit our table on both visits and is such an amazing guy and so humble even though his food is amazing!!!! This is the ONLY Mexican restaurant I will visit from now on. My wife and I have lived here for five years and I've been wanting so bad for all that time to have a true authentic Mexican restaurant. It's so nice that because of Edgar we finally have that here! If you're even considering trying Los Compadres you should go now!!!! You will not be disappointed!

If I could, I would have given them a 4.5 stars. I loved everything about this new restaurant, but I only liked the food. They had an interesting touch, in addition to the salsa they had a delicious bean dip with chips. I loved it, but as you know our area LOVES the white sauce. I had a burrito which was tasty, and the rice was as good as it gets. As I'm writing this I feel better and better awarding the 5 stars lol. Also despite it being a small place, I thought the atmosphere was really cool.

We are constantly on the hunt for authentic Mexican food that reminds me of Southern California and this place did not disappoint. The food was incredible, the staff was attentive and the drinks were ice cold. I was born and raised in California from 1980-1996. I never heard of birria until about 4-5 years ago. I am not sure what authentic birria is supposed to taste like, but this has been the best I’ve had so far. Yesica was our server and I am sure to be coming back to try some more of the menu. My only complaint would be that the chicken tenders were just chicken patties tenders that were cut in half.

Came here for dinner with a few friends and can’t recommend it enough this is now the cheapest real Mexican around. This place is AUTHENTIC AF the burritos and drinks are good and flavorful there’s no beating this place now! Brand new so tell your friends this place is GREAT I’m recommending this to everyone.
