Los Amigos - Mexican restaurant in Carlyle - 5 Resort Dr, USA

Hosted our large group very well. Food was great and tasty. First time having birria tacos and they were great, although a little fatty on the meat. Menu is huge. Must be a local favorite.

Fabulous food! Ordered the steak fajitas to split between 2 people and it was more than enough!! Came out in a large skillet with peppers and onions and tomatoes! Came with a plate of rice, quacamole, beans, pico, lettuce and sour cream. Chips were great and salsa was spot on yummy! Also ordered 2 enchiladas which were covered in a rich red sauce. Only 1.25 a piece! Menu is large. Hard to choose from!

Nice friendly staff and very good food. Prices were good too. Clean establishment and bathrooms were clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Good food. We ordered the Los Amigos Shrimp and the lunch burrito. Service was great. Our table was outside. The restaurant is near the lake, so it was peaceful, with views of the trees. Very nice.

Honestly, the name tells the tale of this restaurant. American Mexican. "Los Amigos" had a good atmosphere and cool decor, but that's where it ended. Service was fine, and the menu had many items, but out of the 14 people I was with, about half said their food was underwhelming or just okay. For the price point of around $14 per dish, the food is averagely portioned. Would recommend other restaurants for more authentic Mexican.

Terrible service from our waiter. Never saw him after he brought our food to the table. Had to go to bar attendant to ask her to find him so we could pay our bill. Food was satisfactory. Atmosphere okay.

The food was yummy. I had the dish that was served in a pineapple skin. The service was excellent and they were concern with our restaurant experience.

We were so happy to find a great Mexican restaurant. The good great. We met a wounderful waiter who comes from the same place my husband was from. He was an excellent waiter. Love this place.
