Love living here! The staff is great, helpful, response is quick no real issues. They have events (food trucks, caterer) for the residents. Lobby is always decorated festively. I’ve only been here 3 months but everything is good thus far.
If you have other options, go for them. They charged me $337.15 for cleaning fee after a month from I moved out. I left it as clean as it was before I moved in as you can see in the pictures. Ridiculously, including "trash bill" which I paid for the month I moved out. They have been ignoring my questions and photos I sent, just kept sending me I have to pay that amount.
The place is very clean, and I think the credit goes to the girl who works in the cleaning field. She is like an angel. When I saw her, I heard the sound of my heart breaking. She is very beautiful and clean as well. She works hard and is dedicated to her work. I waited for more than two hours outside just to watch her and look at her. I was hoping to go in and tell her that I... I hope we become friends. I love this girl and this place 💖💖
I was going wait until after my lease ended but I don’t wish this miserable situation on anyone; so here is my honest review of my unfortunate decision. - Maintenance is cool - Check your apartment prior to paying a move in cost if at all possible. My apartment was filthy and not move in ready. Prior resident hair every where, paint on multiple counter surfaces, cracked items and crumbs on the counter. - Poor patch up work and mismatch paint. - DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT move by the pool or underneath anyone if possible. If you want rest and at least some form of peace STAY AWAY FROM FLOOR 1-4 AND NO POOL FACING UNITS - DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT worry about the guest pool band limits. There will be multiple gatherings/parties at the pool - DO NOT SIGN A LEASE FOR AN UNSEEN UNIT; I know this may be difficult but you want to spend some time in the unit especially here because there are no sound proof or sound barriers in these, you will hear EVERY SINGLE THING, EVERY THING. THERE IS NO PEACE - If you stay on a lower lever, you will also hear the EVERY toilet flush of your upstair neighbors and your pipes will knock really loudly whenever they shower or run any water. - To break your lease you must provide a 2 month notice and pay a 2 month rent penalty (I have to pay 4 months of rent to break my lease) - even if you have only been hear less than a week (I tried to break my lease may 4 or 5 days of being in the unit) - AGAIN YOU WILL HEAR EVERY KNOCK, THUMP, WATER FLUSH, DROP, ETC FROM UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS - I AM MISERABLE AND FIND PEACE WHEN I AM NOT HERE I am actively saving to break my lease because I am losing sleep and living in unlivable noise conditions. If you love constant random noise and sounds BEST WISHES UPDATE: When you are moving out the front office is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. This is the worst interaction and experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Camden and Rashad should never be in a customer service environment or role. I also had to deal with mold in my unit after attempting to get the complex to address the sound of water dropping in my unit.
I had originally posted a very positive review on this place. Unfortunately my experience after move out forced me to retract my prior review. I moved out on the agreed time and followed check out instructions. I hired my own cleaning company for final cleaning. Few months later I get a bill for $89.20 for terminal cleaning which is not outlined in the contract. After move out you do not have interaction with the staff on site but rather a 'former resident' team that ignored my explanation and proof of cleaning. It has been a waste of time going back and forth with them for an amount that is probably insignificant to them and for a service I had already paid for. Some pictures on move out for you to judge. I'd recommend you rather live somewhere you get more personalized attention. Update: was contacted by the property manager directly regarding this is issue. Jose was very responsive and courteous and was able to help me come with an arrangement on the move out matter. Definitely made more sense addressing my concerns directly to him within the property than some former resident team elsewhere.
We had a very nice visit to Los Altos Trinitu Green Park last Sunday. We were greeted by a professional representative (unfortunately I don't have his name with me at this time) but he showed us a very nice 2 bedroom apt and we told him we need an apartment starting January 2024 towards the end of the month hopefully with a view of downtown. Will see.
Safety has gone down so much in the two years I’ve lived here. Multiple car break-ins and package thefts just in the last few weeks. I used to love it here but ever since construction started all around us it’s not as safe of a place to live. :( Edit: manager commented to email her but didn’t get back to me. A few weeks later I’m editing to say they did hire parking garage security and updated the security cameras. Wish this had been done way sooner to save me the time and money and headache but at least it’s done now.
Well I was happy at first here since it’s close to my job but things have been taking a turn. My car got broken into this week even though I park in the garage. This place definitely needs to get better security and add more cameras. Elevator has been broken for over a week and a half and we live in the fifth floor.

I have been a resident at Domain for almost 3 years and I can honestly say it has been one of the best communities I have ever lived in. Yes, not everything is perfect (but who and what apartment is) however I have noticed a lot of improvements that
The Village offers a lot of opportunities to make new friends and have a great time. Residents have access to a great workout facility, restaurants, and a modern resort-style pool. Since the Village is located in central Dallas it also makes it easy
Management is very attentive to your needs. Location is very convenient as it is next to a park and a grocery store. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are also very nice.
My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The National. Having toured every luxury building in Dallas before moving in just over a year ago, we can confidently say that there's no real comparison. While the cost is higher compared to other op

I am so SO glad Jazzercise classes were on my Christmas list (and that they were gifted to me early). I was a bit nervous at first, but soon realized that the classes are FUN and there is absolutely no judgement. I feel stronger each time I leave! K
Nicole holds space for you in the most beautiful, encouraging way - guiding you clearly and effectively through various asanas and adjusting where needed. Having not been the biggest fan of online yoga classes, I have to say, Nicole has changed that

Nothing negative to say about this place. Staff was attentive and honored my free dole whip on our first visit. Only ordered 2 dole whips, which were awesome and so reminiscent of our trips to Hawaii, so I can't attest to the quality of the food beyo
This was such a fun experience. The man that worked here was so knowledgeable and kind. I really enjoyed seeing all of these fire trucks especially the horse drawn carriage fire truck. The tickets were $6 each which is a deal for this experience!!!

Speakeasy inside a restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. Cool presentation of drinks. The cocktail menu is a bit limited because of the Branca focus. And unfortunately no bar seating - only tables. However, still a nice speakeasy worth checking out
