Excellent customer service, delicious food, and great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place. It was my first time at this place with some friends and we all loved it. I had the ceviche, and honestly, it was the best I have had in a long time. The molcajete and the sangria margarita were the best!!!
I have been driving by Los Agaves for sometime and finally decided to stop in for dinner and am so glad that I did. My server, Ashley, was very attentive and made great suggestions. I started with a very cold Pacifico and ordered the mixed fajitas with corn tortillas. My aromatic meal was delivered sizzling hot. Everything was perfect including the extra hot hot sauce that Ashley suggested. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed.
My friends and I hit this place almost every Tuesday night!!! My fav is the carnitas taco! Chips are warm, salsa is the perfect spice!! Have had several other menu items and all have been great! Seem to have the same waitstaff, we've probably had all of them several times. All very nice, attentive and friendly! Fun atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Plenty of parking.
Los Agaves is great Mexican food. Everything we ordered was delicious. I usually don't eat the rice or beans that come with some dishes, but Los Agaves was delicious. The beans didn't have that 'institutionalized food' flavor. You know, like school lunch? Theirs tasted fresh and homemade. And I did not have the usual "taco bell reaction" one would get from other eateries of this type. We will be going back for more.
We were on a trip to New Orleans and the clerk at the restaurant suggested it to us. I am glad he did the food and drinks were excellent and the service was wonderful.
Stopped in just after lunch time. Quaint little place, very clean, well decorated. Service with a smile, very friendly very attentive throughout my meal Try the Jalapeno Margarita! Food was authentic and fresh.
Los Agaves my favorite Mexican restaurant I been coming here sense they open and the food and staff is always nice.
The margaritas are awesome and the food is always fresh furthermore the prices on the food and margarita are so cheap compared to the other Mexican places around. Happy hour is only 3$ and a larger margarita is only 15$. I ask the manager what tequila they use and she said they use tequila sauza gold and that my friends is top shell tequila they don’t use cheap tequila that is always good. I recommend Los Agaves to anyone who want to try excellent Mexican food on the Marrero-Westwego area.
