A wonderful place for a Thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed takeout occasionally during the week. With only four of us we decided to pop in for a Thanksgiving meal we arrived at about 12:20 pm. A line was just forming and we were able to get our meals rather quickly. Food was delicious with all the traditional options. Turkey with dressing, ham, mashed potatoes, greens, sweet potato casserole, desserts and so many more options. Around $50 for a family of 4. Courteous wait staff. We will be back.

I just had the best experience here. All the staff members were very sweet and funny. Kimberly and Maria stood out to be the most friendly down to earth women I’ve ever ever met. I’ll definitely be back!!!!! Not to mention, the food was top-notch And probably the best country cooking I’ve ever had!!!!!!!

Once you understand how the pricing works it's a fairly inexpensive place to eat you get a meat from the first section and then two sides and a drink and it's fairly cheap. If you grab two tablespoons of chicken and dumplings. That'll cost you $4 or $5 I forget so I don't know how much chicken and dumplings it takes to make a serving. The food was good overall. It was cafeteria-style so I don't know how you can talk about the service.

Delicious cafeteria-style served breakfast food! Come hungry because the biscuits are huge! I recommend the biscuits topped with gravy, the cheese eggs, the bacon and the franks red-hot sausage links! SO GOOD. Pricing isn't too bad either! Each breakfast shown cost me under $9 with a drink. HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent food, as usual. Fantastic selection of entrees, great vegetables! And the employees are always so nice and helpful. There is usually a line, but they get you through very quickly. If you haven't been here, you're missing out.

Food was great as always but experienced the rudest, most disrespectful cashier. I was overcharged a chicken finger and went and told cashier. She told me that my husband said 5 and I said no he said 4. She got a real bad attitude but gave me my money back. I said thank you to her. She turned her back on me. I said thank you again and she rudely disregarded me. I said thank you a third time and again .. she showed total disrespect. I asked for a manager. Someone said they would send one over … well no manager came and I doubt they were even told about this. I eat here frequently and if this young lady worked for me … she would be fired.

I don’t care what language you put this in, this is ridiculous. Especially a place that is known for elderly people coming to quite often and knowing their customers typically live off a set income and can’t afford crazy prices. I used to come here several times a week pre-Covid when my wife was pregnant(this was her cravings). I would get two trays of food, drinks and dessert and it was good price, maybe around $25-30 total. Came here today for the first time since 2020. $22.19 for this!!??? 2 small pieces of country steak, rice, mashed potatoes and a spoonful of okra and a piece of pie(that was the cheapest thing at $2 which is a good price). This same meal 3 year ago cost me probably $10 max, now it’s $22.19? Never again. Once I got to register I felt inclined to pay for it evening after seeing how it expensive it was because I already put the food in a tray. A few more dollars and I could have had a hand picked ribeye at a steak house with 2 sides and a drink, this is crazy.

It's hard to beat. Just good Ole Southern cooking.
