Thursday lunch on 11/16/23 at Loretta. My first time. Nice place, pleasing interior and use of color. Linen table coverings and napkins always rate high in my book. And I wasn’t disappointed with my Hot Pastrami on a grilled brioche roll w/ Gruyere and slaw. Another nice touch was a ramekin filled with whole grain mustard. My companion had the same, although her kettle chips were the last of the dregs along with a pretty dead sliced pickle.
Nice staff. Reasonable prices. Will return again and opt for din-din.
Had the pastrami sandwich and it was very good. Had a slaw on it which I’ve never had on a pastrami so an interesting take on a classic. The sweet potato fries were amazing probably the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
The food was impeccable. We had the beet salad with the honey dressing -- excellent. My friend enjoyed the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps which has cashew nuts. I had the pastrami salad which was wonderful. We sat outside which is something my friend likes. It was a hot day in Newburyport. The restaurant interior is beautiful. I hope to come back another time and dine inside. The dessert was lovely. Loretta looks beautiful in her portraits.
Love my steak frites, especially the Loretta salad and fries! Crunchy and flavorful. The spicy garlic glazing in the Brussels sprouts is simply perfect.
High quality bistro style food. Sweet Potato fries had a very unique breading that was tasty. The Thai chicken lettuce wraps were refreshing. The chicken salad wrap was a solid option too.
A great spot for lunch today. We enjoyed a lunch of Thai chicken lettuce wraps, chicken salad, and ice tea. The shoestring fries were delicious.
We both enjoyed our lunch.
Where not only can you indulge in their mouthwatering clam chowder and velvety squash soup, but you can also bring along your four-legged best friend to enjoy the experience!
Cool outdoor dining spot.
Life is short , F….it up! Family, Flavor, Friends
We happen to come to this restaurant because it was open late for dinner. After spending the day in Plum Island. This just happened to be the top rated restaurant in this nice affluent area. Service was friendly and the owner walks (Loretta’s son I think) talking to their guests. To start they provided a side of sliced focaccia bread and butter., For the appetizer we got the coconut milk curry sauce for the mussels. This was a pleasant surprise as the sauce was savory and sweet at the same time. Make sure to get extra bread to soak up the sauce. Next we ordered the Burrata raviolis. You can tell was handmade raviolis because of the texture when biting simple yet delicious. Next we got the Panzanella salad this was tasty. For those of you who follow me you you know I always look for the best burger. The Loretta Burger was a surprise. They get their beef fresh from a local farm within miles from the place. Perfectly balanced layering of flavor. From the toasted brioche buttered bun smoked bacon, sweet onion jam and blue cheese, Boston lettuce w beef steak tomatoes. From the first bite, you knew that it was going to be special from tasting the butter of the bun to the Chris lettuce sweetness of the tomato Roma of the bacon. Then you get the sweet of the jam than the blue cheese. This is one of the burgers from the first bite you that woah moment. I have to say the best burger I’ve had this year. So if you’re in the area to check out the burger.
This is a frequent spot for our family. Itâs great for walks or snagging a seat to people watch or read a book (thereâs a free little library nearby!)

I had the avocado lime grain bowl with short rib, and it was remarkably tasty and filling. The grain bowl itself is only $11.95 but having the short rib bumped it up another $6.00; however I still feel itâs a good deal and it was the only meal I ne
As a local guide based out of Newburyport, people often ask me what the best restaurant in town is. This is not a question: The Park Lunch takes the cake by a county mile. Food, price-per-bite, atmosphere, service - this place has it all in spades. W

We had girls night out today and the Joy Nest was the best place for it! As always! I was surprised by the way they cook mussels. I have never tried it with âtom yumâ sauce. It is awesome! I wish it was an entry not an appetizer. My friend had t
