Very tidy & clean. Lighting is a bit off and needs more warm tones - lighting was bright as a laboratory.

We rented the small hall for my daughters sweet 16 on 8/7/21. We worked with Mr. Jose from the hall. The hall itself is very nice and modern. Unfortunately we had a handful of issues that the staff was unwilling to address. There was a lack of refilling water and soda to the tables in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. 2 of our guests had found an insect in their food, one being a minor. When we approached the staff with the issue and showed what was found, the staff accused the young girl of planting the roach in the food. After arguing with the staff, Jose the manager did offer an apology and said that he would happily check the remainder of the food and that he would comp us for the inconvenience by the end of the night. When the party was over and we approached him to see what arrangements we would come to, he was unwilling to talk to us only saying that things happen and their was nothing he could do. This literally left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Without doubt the venue is beautiful but the staff and service is dreadful.

As a videographer this is one of my favorite receptions to work in. Great staff, spacious party rooms. Nice decoration. Clean bathroom. So much parking.

Such a beautiful venue. Everything was clean, simple and classy. The food was actually tasty for a banquet. There was two parties going on next to one another and you could not even hear the music on the other side of the wall. Great venue

The hall we used was nice and big. There was another event in the next hall. Easy parking on a big space. It's on a strip mall so the outside is not attractive.

This place is beautiful and very spacious. Big enough for a huge event. Unfortunately their security is very petty and they flat out tell guests that if you step outside for whatever reason you will not be allowed back inside. Children are looked at as hoodlums. Constantly being told to leve the lobby, even if they are just sitting down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Mr. Jose he is lier and kept my deposit when I canceled he said I will need my doctor paper for my daughter surgery information. Which I do have it. He said he will talk to ower he never called back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book their events. Place is beautiful but the service, people are un professional. They will be nice to you til you put down money but for any reason you have to cancel they will come with excuses for not give your money back.
