View of the harbor is gorgeous, but the pictures do not do it justice. Suspect you could get tremendous sunset photos here!
Great place to make out very peaceful pretty views on a clear day you can see all the way to Catalina island and Long Beach people and nice and kind I go out there to study sometimes.
I always enjoy stopping here for the view of the sea, the harbor, and the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. There is a nice, free parking area and some benches to rest on. On a clear day you can see the major mountain ranges of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Small, but worth a look...
This was a lovely place my son and I stumbled up when checking out the neighborhood as we were considering moving down that way!
Free parking, quiet, fair number of people but most were in their cars.
Absolutely lovely view! I'm sorry my photos don't do it justice!
This amazing Park, gives an amazing view of Los Angeles, San Pedro, the Ship yard and Long Beach. Highly recommend this awesome park.
The view at night was beautiful in and out of the car. It was a much deserved respite from such a hot day. It was a cool 68° So peaceful and refreshing. A must if you're ever in San Pedro
It's a great place to relax and go see the artwork. I really enjoyed the ocean view.
I recently visited the lookout point/park and was blown away by the stunning view of the Vincent Thomas Bridge and the Long Beach International Gateway. The location is easy to find and there was plenty of parking available. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding area.
The view of the Vincent Thomas Bridge was especially impressive - it was beautifully lit up at night, and the reflection of the lights on the water made for a truly mesmerizing sight. The Long Beach International Gateway was also a great addition to the scenery, with its modern architecture and bright lights adding to the overall ambiance.
I would definitely recommend visiting this lookout point/park at night - the view is even more spectacular when the bridge and gateway are illuminated. It's a great place to relax, take photos, or just enjoy the beauty of the city from afar.

The service here was absolutely incredible and the food was even better. We loved eating here! The burrata appetizer was my favorite and the salmon piccata was phenomenal. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
There are so many pizza places around. But Sorrento's stand out as one with no frills, clean, courteous staff and most of all good ol' pizza taste. I never care for marinara sauce. But the marinara that comes with the calamari tastes the best of eq
Animal style burger is the best. The sauce and onions put it over the top especially at that price point. Fries would be better animal style instead of plain.
Small free aquarium with a variety of small to medium fish and sea creatures. Great value given that it's free, though donations are encouraged. The fish and such are fun to look out but don't expect an in depth scientific explanation of their behavi
